I would give this product 4 stars, even 5 because it works amazingly. However, they need to look into quality control a little bit. That said, here is the context. EXTREAMLY EFFECTIVE!!! And they are actually more comfortable to use than my old one. I own another version of this product form another brand, I loved it from day one. However, I used it in the tub and the heat caused it to deform. Still works, just not complete round anymore. So, I ordered 2 of this product at the same time. My thoughts were, if one is that amazing, what if I had two that I can use at the same time? I was absolutly right. But here is the problem.... One of the two that I ordered is like, noisy, lol. It squeaks. While this is not a deal breaker, it is absolutely annoying, lol. Otherwise, this product is great as long as you don't get a noisy one. And even then, it still works perfectly. Valuse wise, this is a steal well below 10 bucks per unit. Perfect for gifts. Please note that the other one is as silent as it can be. It is perfect. Only one is noisy, but it still functions perfectly. I would absolutely recommend such a product. It the bit of noise is not a problem for you, you can look at this as having more stars for sure. In conclusion, for what it is, it is a good product as far as I can tell. They just need to tighten up on the quality control to make sure they are all as similar as can be. There is no reason for 2 to have been shipped together and have different levels of quality, lol. Even though it is minimum, still a little weird.

Great for reducing foot pain in my heals

I have nodules on the arch of my feet which occasionally causes discomfort when walking. I saw a podiatrist, believing surgery would help. He said surgery was not an option. I decided to try this roller. After one use, the size of the nodules decreased significantly. I purchased the Jewel Roller for the “deeper bump design” for trigger points and deep tissue massage. Honestly, it is not as firm as I expected it to be and do not feel the bumps as I roll my feet across the roller. Nevertheless, it’s working wonders on my feet.
