I can't say how much I love these. My favorite. Fits well with my gear wrench sockets.

Really great set of organizers. They sit flat without any rocking back and forth. The pegs are straight and feel just as sturdy as premium brands like Hansen, this is something you don’t see with cheaper options like Harbor Freight. All the peg numbers are legible and they worked great for my set of JobSmart sockets with no fitment issues. Make sure you put the sockets in with the square hole up! ;) I’m excited to order the SAE set next!

The top drawer on my Yukon is shallower than I would like at 4 1/8” but these socket organizers clear it just fine. The one drawback I would mention is that the flare at the bottom of the peg is a little too big, so the sockets don’t sit perfectly level and can flop around as you slide the drawer. Not the end of the world. Addendum: I eventually figured out that I needed to flip the sockets drive side up. They now sit level and entirely stable.

Keeps sockets neat and organized

I bought these to replace a set of gray socket organizers with posts. The orange set from gear wrench is aesthetically more pleasing than the gray, and the numbers printed on the posts are easier to read as well. They seem to fit all of my sockets nicely, though the drive-in points up while the socket opening points down. I don't really see a problem with that myself but I thought to note it in the review. I think the more important thing to note here is that I don't own all gear wrench sockets I have some snap-on, other tool truck as well as icon sockets and all of them have fit well on the posts. I have NOT personally run into the problem where I needed to drill out sockets to get them to fit on the posts. For the money, I believe these were a good value especially since they were a little smaller footprint than the organizer they replaced.

Ordered these gearwrench organizers to get my sockets in a more easy to find way. Instead of a line of sockets in my toolbox that you remove one and knock over 7.. Anyways I say sticking all the sockets on the rails for 15mins and seeing what I have and what I’m missing. This made the what I’m missing part simpler. But I also realized I had a lot of doubles suppose never a bad thing. The rails themselves feel sturdy. I use gearwrench sockets and generally there brand if it’s available in the tool I need.. so the sockets didn’t have to much trouble sliding on rails. Like others mentioned the 9/16 1/4in didn’t fit like trying to fit a brick in a pin hole but I can always sand it down later tho I don’t technically like that idea. All and all i enjoy the trays and would buy them again if I decide to get a full set of impacts and a larger box.

For pieces of plastic it seems to be a bit expensive you can find magnetic ones for the same price

The Gearwrench storage tray set is a necessity when purchasing the Gearwrench socket sets. The Gearwrench socket sets markings are hard to read, so this set makes it easier to see the sizes. But, the 1/4" drive 9/16" socket from Gearwrench will not fit on the 1/4" drive 9/16" pin. Most who buy these are fussy about their tool box, and having the popular 9/16" socket not fit is the main reason for 3 stars.

Changed from my original socket holder to this one. Much easier to read sizes…and it looks good in my tool box. Happy with the product.
