Q: Is there a matching grid/seam cover or tape for the antique white tiles?

We didn't use anything like that. We just overlapped the seam the same way for all the tiles and the seam is pretty well hidden.

Q: I need about 43 square feet - is it possible to buy one or two singly instead of another pack of 10?

Easy to use

Have a weird wall in my kitchen. These worked great to make it a statement wall and not being crazy. Easy to put up with a a staple gun and easy to cut to fit. Great for the price! Yes I know they are ceiling tiles, but we're perfect for this project!
