Is this saw (hachiemon japanese flush cut ryoba saw) made in japan?

The only response I can give is there is a sticker on the packaging which states 'made in Japan'. There is nothing on the actual saw which confirms the place of manufacture.

Is this really 23.6 inches long?

The description was incorrect. The correct length is 26 cm (10.2 in). I'm sorry.
