I ordered the plastic trimmer blades that attach to the cap, but received spool lines that I didn't want or need. The product says free returns BUT it only gave me one location for a free return (While foods) that was 30 MIN AWAY when the UPS store is a 10 min drive. Or I could spend money to have UPS pick it up but that will literally take away about 1/3 of my return costs.I really don't know if this messed up return process is on Amazon or the manufacturer but the manufacturer is certainly to blame for sending the wrong productUPDATE: I was able to get in touch with the seller and they were able to get the write product out to me very quickly. Very pleased with the customer service. I just received the replacement so I havent been able to test it yet and see how it works.

Can't really complain... I ordered for a different Black and Decker model, and spool wouldn't fit. Jammed it on anyway 😁, and could see if it stayed in place (flew off after around a minute, landing 100 feet down the street), It would have been formidable against tougher growth. If the blades were metal instead of plastic, might work even better, but I'd have to change my name to "Toeless Joe"...Much more muscle than the green string version.

Installed one of these spools in my B&D string trimmer and it performed as good as the name brand. Auto feed worked great without any problems. Will definitely buy again. Very pleased with this product.

Old cap cracked, would not stay on trimmer. Thought I would have to buy a whole new trimmer. While checking prices, came across the ad for these caps. Exact replacement, trimmer works like new. Not sure the trimmer will last long enough to use all 4.

Replacement parts for my black n decker grass hog weed eater. Fits perfectly and best of all it was a great price! I couldn’t have bought the same thing at any of the home improvement stores for this price. Very pleased!

There’s not much you can say about this product it’s pretty simple it fit my Weedwhacker was easy to install and worked The same as the original equipment
