Typhoo Decaf (More In Every Brew) 80 Premium Teabags (Pack of 2)

I am a tea snob since I was raised by two Irish parents who really know their tea. I like to drink decaf most of the time but the American decaf tea is very weak and not great tea flavor. I have used Typhoo regular tea bags in the past when I am out of my loose tea from Sri Lanka and love the robust tea flavor. I must say this decaf version is every bit as good as the caffeinated Typhoo, which is very rare to find a decaf as good as the original. This is the only decaf tea I will drink now . Way better than Barry’s or PG Tips decaf.

I think this is the best decaf tea I've ever had! The flavor is exceptional, there is absolutely no bitterness, and one tea bag is enough for two cups. Best of all, it is perfect both hot and over ice. I'll definitely be buying this again.

Love this tea, had the best taste for my Iced Tea. The quality is great and it is a consistent product, as in always tasting the same from order to order. I love the fresh taste when I brew my tea. It's the only tea I have bought for the past 6 years.

Delicious tea that you cannot tell is decaf. One bag makes a nice strong cup, even in a large mug. This has become my go-to tea, and is the second time I have bought this pack.

Most delicious tea...not harsh like the usual teas available in the grocery store. Who need coffee?

I drink this tea constantly...I let it steep a good 5 minutes, at least, then add milk...but this is true of the white box that is a total of 8.8 oz. not the new blue box (decaf...new red box is regular), which has 5.6 oz. it has been very difficult to get a straight answer from most sellers, except jbj direct, who told me about the ‘blue’ box designation. The new packaging is smaller, not to save packaging, which is a noble reason if it’s totally true....what has happened is the new ‘one cup’ logo (on one side of the box only) doesn’t really say that the amount of tea in each bag has been reduced...that’s why it may taste weak in large cups or mugs. Just a sneaky way to do it, just like other manufacturers, I.e., chocolate bars, bathroom paper, etc.! Be that as it may, I’m learning to deal with it, because when the day ends, this is still the best decaf on the market...but adjust your cup (pa)! PS. As of August 1st, 2022 I’m still getting the blue box when I initially order; I call Amazon, because it says in the return process that this item is not returnable, and get my refund and then I donate or give the blue, not white, boxes away (honestly!). Got red ones, decaf also, although the regular tea comes in red, with a bright blue center denoting decaf, but this was from another purveyor through Walmart! I’m on the verge of tears of frustration and disappointment, and I don’t know whether to try the red decaf, 8.18 oz correctly, or return to the Walmart store. PPS. Have been buying Allegro decaf Sumatra ground coffee on Amazon and the same brand decaf Italian roast, so I might become a coffee drinker! 🤣

Finding a good, bold decaf tea was hard to find until we stumbled onto Typhoo while staying at a resort in Scotland decades ago. For years we would ask friends to pick up a box when traveling in England. Now it's readily available in America at a price that is significantly better than many other decaf teas. The last cup tastes as well as the first with no bitterness or flatness that is prevalent in competitors. As with most decaf teas and coffees, we expect that there is some residual caffeine that my wife seems to notice. There isn't much, though, as you won't get much of a morning lift apart from enjoying a satisfying cup of tea.

The Ty-phoo tea I received was nothing like the product description. Packaging was totally different , no foil bags , different box...just be aware when ordering. However, the decaf tea itself has a nice flavor

Really is the best decaf tea available. Have enjoyed it for years. It is the only tea my family enjoys that is decaf

My mom loves this tea and ran out, I ordered this British version and my mom says its even better than the previous. Great purchase.

If you want the taste of real tea without the caffeine, this is the best tea ever!

Excellent taste and full bodied. Unable to tell the difference between caffeine and decaf. Read the description carefully. I was under the impression that I was going to be receiving a quantity of 6 boxes but it was only one box when it arrived. It therefore, was a very expensive cup of tea! I could have bought it for much less at my grocery store! Lesson learned.
