Q: How do you sign out once you have signed in? I tried just re entering the pin or fingerprint but it just keeps saying that i have signed in..

Employee scans finger a the start of the shift and at the end. No need to "sign out" specifically as this is what second (shift end) fingerprint scan does. System recognizes fingerprint and understands it as "end of shift"

Q: can employee put in their own usb and download the data? or it is secure with any password?.. and can i connect my pc with the device ?

Hello, this attendance system can be set up by an administrator. Only the administrator's fingerprint or password can enter the setting interface to download data. The downloaded attendance data is also password protected to prevent other personnel from arbitrarily changing the attendance data. It can't be connected to a computer. It can only download data through the USB flash drive, and then copy the data to the computer through the USB flash drive. Thanks.

Q: Hi, if i got rid of the 'shift' times, would it still record me clocking in & out? as we all work very different times! i am trialling this currently

Hello, if there is no working time, then the attendance report cannot calculate the total working time of each person, it will be meaningless. Our system can set 10 different attendance time, as long as you do not exceed this number, you can use this attendance system. Thanks.
