Beautiful design and healing sound
I like everything, the design, the size, the confection and the sound. I have on my pocket or hanging on the truck. When I am agitated, nervous or anxious, I stop, breath and start to make the bell sounds, trying to achieve the most even sound possible. It’s incredible how to be focused on that sound I’ve got tranquility, and I feel peace. I am not mystic, neither religious, but this exercise make me feel focused and in calm.
