Update: the company reached out to me and offered a refund and a replacement for my son's toothbrush. We're happy to have a functional toothbrush that effectively cleans his teeth. Thank you vekkia for standing behind your product. Original: I have purchased a total of four vekkia electric toothbrushes for my three children. I bought the first three June 2021, and the dragon one stopped working March 2023. I didn't bother trying to contact the company since it lasted over a year and a half, and I just bought a replacement. They've been working great and keeping my childrens' teeth clean. BUT THEN THAT ONE STOPPED WORKING... My issue now is that my most recent toothbrush purchase stopped working after 10 months. After charging it, you can press the buttons to turn it on, but there are no vibrations even though the lights are on (the same thing happened to the older one too). Super frustrating. (As a side note, the other two from 2021 are still going strong, so 2/4 are a win).

Made and works verywell

Got this toothbrush for my daughter back in February. It worked amazing. The battery life was great, timer was great, and no complaints. From February to August it worked without flaw then the toothbrush would not longer turn on. Initially we thought it just needed to be charged, and even felt my daughter was not charging it properly or not long enough, but it never turned back on. The red power light will turn on, but the vibrating never starts. After several attempts at charging I reached out to the company 2x via email after reading another review of them replacing the toothbrush but have still not received any response. The company did not even send an email acknowledging they received my email. I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend buying. Now having to buy another toothbrush, I should have just spent the money initially on a brand name toothbrush rather then now spending twice the amount. Follow up: After writing this review, I did get a response from the seller who agreed to replace the tooth brush. I was also offered a refund, which I appreciate, but definitely was not expecting. I truly just wanted a replacement. Great customer service response following my post.

Great toothbrush for kids. It has a timer which helps kids brush better. My kids have used it since they were 4. The customer service is excellent.

My child loves this toothbrush! It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and the sonic vibration is gentle on little teeth and gums but still cleans really well. The rechargeable battery is very convenient, and the fun design with timer makes brushing time much easier and more fun.

I was really hoping to get an electric toothbrush for my kids that I don’t have to keep buying. They really liked these ones. They have different setting and a built in timer! Unfortunately, one won’t charge anymore :( I’m not sure how long they should last. I have an oral b and my husband does too but we have had them for like 4 years and they are still going strong. I got these June 2023 and one doesn’t charge anymore. Really hoping the other doesn’t give out too since I FINALLY got my 6 year old to use the vibration! For the price I can’t be too upset, but debating if I want to purchase another one. I really like how these heads are cheaper than oral b giving how often I replace them.
