Be very mindful that the tablet IS in fact renewed. Meaning it belong to someone, they didn't want it, and the sellers test the iPad to make sure it's still functional before selling it. There is a chance will be some slight flaws with your tablet that maybe over looked when you receive it but nothing that would hinder the performance of the tablet. Sometimes things get over looked, it happens. With that said I am absolutely in love with the quality of my tablet. A friend of mine recommended me this seller since it's where they got their iPad so I took her word on it. I wanted to wait a bit before making a review incase something happens to the tablet but so far I haven't come across any major issues. First of all it came in the mail 3 days early than expected so I was super excited to get home from work and try it out. Everything is super responsive to touch and to my pen, and the magnetic charge for the pen works as intended and charges fast. The battery on the tablet itself works fine, the only thing I noticed was that it takes a while for it to charge but that could just be my charger itself but the tablet does last for the whole day when I'm drawing and when I plug it in at night before I go to bed I wake up and it's ready for me to get back to work on. Minor scratches on the back and corner of the tablet but nothing that a case cover can't hide. Both sides of the speakers work so I can play music while I draw or YouTube videos, sound quality is alright but nothing worth bragging about. I haven't tried video calling with it or the camera because it's not something I would do with it, however when I hook it up to my computer to do streaming there is no latency. Overall I'm pleased with the product, it runs like new and it does what I intend for it to do- draw digital art with. If you're looking for an iPad that won't break your bank this is worth, plus they do guarantee a return or exchange if there is anything wrong with it. I say it's worth buying, but don't expect a brand spanking new iPad straight out of an apple box. There will be some small flaws with it but nothing that hinders the performance of the iPad.

Looks like a brand new product. So far, loving it. No scratch. Battery so far good. Nice display. I hope it's durable, not going to test it tough.

The ipad was received well packaged and in very good condition. Very minimal signs of wear, just a couple little nicks along the metal edges. Screen is in excellent condition. Unit works as expected, battery life seems good so far. I've had one of these for work issued to me new several years ago which lived in a folio case from the start, and this one is in equal if not slightly better condition than my work one. I was expecting only a wi-fi enabled unit, but the one they sent me is also cellular capable. Nice to have the option to add a data plan if I want to. They did accidentally include a lightning cable (this is a USB-C unit), but wasn't expecting it to come with a charger anyway so not an issue.

Beware - they will not allow you to do an exchange, so the entire thing is a gamble. You're relying on them to send you something that meets the quality standards which... the iPad they sent me did not. Now I have to send it back, wait for a full refund, and then MAYBE order another which I probably will not now because I'm not willing to pay more (they've since raised the price) when this is a result of the seller's negligence. They do not allow you to contact them for support. I purchased an iPad Pro in "excellent" condition, which is significantly more costly than what they sell them in "good" condition. The criteria for excellent condition is: "Screen: No scratches Body: No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and other) are visible when the product is held 12 inches away." The smashed corners are visible from 12" away. Particularly the top left, where the screen is starting to lift up a bit/is disconnected from the sides. I looked at refurbished ipads on sites that show them individually - by those standards, something with this much cosmetic damage would be sold as being in "fair" condition. Also, of course, there's a noticeable dent on the back of the iPad which... per the policy, that dent alone would disqualify this item as being in "excellent" condition. Whoever owned this iPad beat the hell out of it, which leaves me with concerns about it's functionality as well, particularly when it appears that very little quality control was done before this thing got shipped out to me. There is no way someone would look at this iPad, look at the criteria, and think, "oh yeah, man. This one goes out as excellent!" Also, and this is the bigger issue, under Amazon's certified refurbished policy, the refurbished item must have at least 80% battery. "Product must be within an approved category and meet the criteria standards with a battery capacity exceeding 80% of the new equivalent and with any repair operation utilizing Original Equipment Manufacturer parts." You will see my photo, but the iPad they sent me only has 79.3% battery life - when you're spending upwards of $500 on something, that matters. Particularly when the iPad is in the condition of what they sent me. You would think, when checking these things, they would err on the side of caution. Like, factor in a buffer? If it was reading 80% when they shipped it out, and reading 79.3% by the time it got to me, that's concerning. Feels like they're just banking on people not bothering to QC their purchase... which is unethical. The quality in which this iPad arrived to me is not acceptable. I could get past the physical damage (though, that's shady of them to be putting customers in the situation of, 'this isn't what I paid for, but is it worth the effort?'), but the battery issue I cannot. There is no way they didn't see the damage, I have to imagine the thought process was like, "it's not THAT significant... would probably not be worth the hassle to exchange it for just that". Which, they would have been right, but since they tried to rip me on the battery I'm not doing it. Really I have questions about the overall quality of this seller's refurbishment - I don't trust them. TDLR: Seller is doing the most, to do the least. They're either negligent or shady. Buyer beware. This entire thing has been a huge hassle to me at absolutely no fault of my own - the frustration and stress that the dishonesty and/or negligence of the seller has caused me is beyond infuriating. So much for having my iPad for the holidays. Would love it if the seller would contact me to get something worked out, I would have contacted them had I been given the ability to do so. If they do reach out, I will update the review, but as of now, I'm sending it back and then I guess looking for a more reputable seller.

Overall I would recommend, came with screen protector, working type c charger, and the iPad of course. However it was hardly secure in transit, it didn’t cause any damage but when shipping a fragile item I’d expect more. One very small hardly noticeable dent on the back, which is expected when purchasing refurbished. It’s been working great the last few days, but the battery life is not good it lasts maybe 5 hours. I bought an off brand pencil as well as a Bluetooth keyboard and they both connected just fine. I would recommend, if the battery life gets any worse I’ll probably just exchange it because I really am enjoying it.

I received four iPads for my string quartet business not knowing who I was dealing with. Unfortunately, one of the iPads had issues with the screen and suddenly I was unable to use it. I took it to my local IT guru who I had to pay for his time to access the damaged iPad. Moe at Cybertek was AMAZING with sending me a label to return the iPad, covered my IT expenses, and sent another iPad out as soon as he had one that equaled the one returned. Moe has been amazing. And being that his business is a “mom & pop shop”, he really does care about you. I will refer Moe and Cybertek for a very long time, and I feel like I now have a friend in the business. Thank you so much Moe!!!! Five stars?? No…..100 stars. YOU ROCK MOE!!!
