POOLPURE PLF175A Pool Filter

2020-UPDATE: By far the best filter I have used! Into the second summer with this filter and it is still running strong. just opened our pool yesterday and this morning it is crystal clear! Just ordered a second filter to swap back and forth. This filter works amazing and is a great price!!!! Extremely happy customer!!! :) 2019 - We purchased this filter to replace our Unicel C-8417 filter. Was delivered on Wednesday and I immediately exchanged out the old filter and I am very impressed so far, works amazing! Hope it holds up, time will tell. But so worth the price for a new filter. Our local pool store charges 50.00 to acid wash our filters but it just doesn't work the same as new!! So as long as it holds up, you have a new customer! ;)

Works and fits great with our pool pump! Good quality and very sturdy.

Called my local pool company of which I'm glad to pay up to 20% more for chemicals and filters. Last filter I bought from them was $130 less than 6 months ago. Today? $160 and tax. This filter was $83 plus a 5% discount. Well less than half the price. I'll be doing less filter cleaning and replacing with these as long as the price says down. The packaging was excellent. Filter looks well made. Very happy.

I have been buying these filters for about 5 years now. They are a great replacement for my Hayward filters, perfect fit. They last well, and with regular cleaning, will easily last 1 1/2 to 2 years. Generally I change them every 14-16 months. And still have life in them.
