I am very impressed with this product. After first using the recommended Natural Formula shampoo and conditioner, I applied this serum to my hair. I must say that the results were immediate! My hair was soft, shiny, and manageable. I straightened my hair a few hours after applying the serum and the flat iron smoothly glided through my hair. I am looking forward to how long the serum extends the straightening. The bottle says that it extends it by 3 times. Based on my first use, I highly recommend this serum.

I actually want this again

It has a nice smell and it is a great final product to add to your hair. I use it wet and on dry hair, my hair is blue so it had lots of chemical bleaching done over the years. It helps with flyaway baby hairs and does not make your hair look grease, at least not mine since I do have dry hair.

Made my slightly dry hair, smoother and softer

Excellent DIY deep conditioning treatment for in the shower. My hair felt dry and looked dull beforehand and definitely looked healthier and shinier after a single treatment. And it didn’t feel like it left a coating on my hair like some other products.

I was hoping that my hair would be soft and manageable after using these but that was not the case. I couldn't tell that I had used them at all! Don't waste your money

I pay for high end salon keratin treatments twice a year. It has made all the difference in my blonde/natural graying fine textured longer hair. I wanted something to refresh the softness and results. These capsules are so easy to use in the shower and yield great results in softness, reduced dry time, etc. I saw they became unavailable. I'm waiting...hoping they come back.
