I've seen these portable dog water bottles in several of the dog Instagram pages that I follow and ever since then - I've been on the lookout for one myself. Not really sure of the different water bottles, but I ended up choosing this one as it's both a water bottle AND a food storage - making it super convenient when going on longer hikes/traveling with the dogs. This product is able to store 200 mL of food at the bottom of the device and around 250 mL of water in the center portion. The top portion is the actual water drainage that can be controlled with a click of a button, allowing the water to flow out into the open mouthed cup. I believe you can also unscrew the bottom with the food and empty it into the cup. There is a plastic seal ring inside of the bottle, allowing for it to be screwed and keeping water from leaking. Make sure to be careful with that ring as it is very easy to lose. After a few clicks, I was able to get it to work. The button is a little on the harder side to manipulate, but I like that it's solid feeling and clicks into place. The dogs were able to easily drink water from the open cup. And cleaning everything is a breeze! So glad I finally picked one up - can't wait to take this for hikes/walks with the dogs.

This item is very convieint when traveling in vechicles or going on walks. It pours water into the bowl and takes the water back in if not used. Fits perfectly in your cup holder too!

This was invaluable on my recent week-long out of state trip with my 5 lb puppy. The “bowl” is large enough for her to comfortably drink from wherever we are. Especially when we’re pulled over in the car. I love the leak-proofing and being able to fill and empty the bowl so there is no spillage. The food container on the bottom holds the perfect amount of food for a couple of days or so. The string makes it easier to carry on walks.

My dog loves drinking front this water bottle. I love that it has a great storage it comes in handsy for those training treats. It doesn’t hold much water. The water bottle does leave at the bottom. If I unscrew the storage section it unseals the bottom of the water bottle and it begins to leak. Also it is not super easy to clean. I bought a bottle brush to be able to clean it easier. The treat compartment got water in it due to the leak and I did notice until 2 days later when I went to clean it. Needless to say it they were all mushy and it was hard to clean out. Over all not bad for the price and he enjoys it.

There are absolutely no markings on this product that says it is food grade safe. The package came with the bottle without any type of documentation or instructions on how to wash. There are no returns on this item. The bottle leaked when I put water in it to wash. I did not submerged it water. It’s like throwing my money in the garbage. I got the blue bottle which was obviously a previously returned item.

Dropped once and the treat holder at bottom came off does not screw back in ..
