These are very good value for money, I would have given them 5 stars, however one of the mirrors became loose on 2 occasions, luckily the strap prevented the mirror from falling to the ground and I was able to pull over and re-tighten,

Purchased the mirrors recently to replace my 15 year old mirrors ( “ by the way”, 15 years old mirrors that have never let me down ever). I installed the maybole mirrors exactly as per manufacturer instructions, they were installed nice and tight and adjusted for perfect rear viewing. I got 25 miles before a lorry passed me and the driver side mirror fell off on a duel carriageway. I stopped at the first safe place and checked the passenger mirror. ( it had slackened, so I tightened it again).I proceeded another 10 miles and overtook a coach. Yes you have guessed it, bye bye passenger mirror.What a pile of crap! I will stick with my old ones from now on

Well made and excellent value but my car mirrors kept folding back as the back of the towing mirrors is almost flat and has high wind resistance. Mine folded back as soon as I went over 50mph and if driving into a headwind it was even worse. Great product but I've had to get some Milenco Grand Aero mirrors which are streamlined but more than twice the price of the Maypole ones.

Not sturdy - poor design

Bought for a VW Tiguan but with the shape of the mirrors will not fit, sold to a mate

Had trouble fitting these to my mirrors. Felt like I couldn't tighten them enough as when I did, they just squeezed themselves off. Finally got them on and and they felt solid. Drove 100 metres down the road, bam one falls off. Another mile the other one starts to fall off but my wife caught it! Car is a Peugeot 308, 2008.

Bought for VW T5, really easy to fit, they were sturdy, worked really well and we're excellent value. Would recommend 👍

So 1st time out using these mirrors on the range rover and one flew off after 20 mins and smashed. So we ended up drilling 2 holes in the door mirror and pit the bolt through the whole. Now they don't move and are perfect. Before when I lorry went passed the mirror fixing would spring off. Not good when towing a caravan. These defo need bolting in place as the fixings and moulded plastic are not strong enough to stay put on a door mirror
