We ordered this to help the swelling in my grandfathers feet. His foot had been swollen for nearly a year. He started taking daily foot baths. He started taking serrapeptase, magnesium and this product, boron. Somewhere in all of this his swelling went down and his skin has regained its natural color. I am very happy about this. So I'm giving it five stars because that's what we bought it for and it's happening so thank you
