Work great
These work great. I located the pivot access and glued them permanently to the ladders. So much easier to carry.

Great idea but it doesn’t work for me!
Not as helpful for carry a ladder as I thought it would be, hard the find a balance point between rings on either a step ladder or extension ladder!

this little tool is the best thing ever ignore the bad reviews they dont understand how it works
i have a back and shoulder injury and this has saved me from pain. the people who are giving bad reviews probably dont understand how to use it. the instructions could be a little clearer in my opinion and the videos could be from a better angle. if you are not mounting the thing to a ladder permanently, you will need to zip tie the wheels to the other piece (you will need both pieces and a zip tie) i may use a strong glue to adhere the wheels to the "handle" the handle is what clips on to the ladder. it does not clip on to both sides of the ladder, it clamps on to the big side and needs to be as close to the bottom end as possible so you can roll it at the bottom and hold the top with one hand. it takes most of the strain off of this movement. it isnt perfect but the alternatives are $300 and this costs $20. what are you expecting for $20, a lamborghini? its good enough for the price. i bought two of these to roll at both ends and then took a small piece of rope like a leash and looped it around so i could pull it without having to hold it with my arm. you dont need two. you can get by with just one.

Only one of the other don’t come with both
When I purchase this item, the Amazon description showed a man carrying a ladder with a handle and with wheels, and since I use different kinds of ladders, I cannot permanently install the wheels on my ladder when the product came in I thought I was getting a handle and a set of wheels but you can’t use them at the same time unless you permanently install it on the ladder that you might not use all the time I use different size ladders in my job so I spent $20 for a set of wheels that I’m still gonna have to carry my ladder without the handle I would not have paid $20 for either Wheel’s or just a handle I thought I was getting both very disappointed

Works on a 6ft Werner ladder; buy the size that fits your hand
I purchased the $5.99 yellow one for a medium hand. I wanted it to use it on my 6ft Werner fiberglass ladder. On my ladder, the third rung is the balance point, so I have to put this device above or below the balance point, which means the ladder is slightly unbalanced when carrying it horizontally. Nonetheless, the same is true if I use my bare hand and this handle is better than using my bare hand. At first, it didn’t seem like it was going to fit the ladder, and the fit is definitely tight, but it did fit. The width of the side rail on my ladder is 3.125 inches which is also the inside width of this device. Once I got it on, it was easy to put it on and off. It also protects the hand well for carrying the ladder vertically. It seems sturdy. I guess my lady hand is large because my hand just barely squeezes into the handle. I really don’t know why anyone would want to carry around a ladder with three fingers and one pinkie sticking out. Better to get the correct fit so you can grip the handle with your whole hand and not just with finger strength. It would have been better if the seller had put the inside width of the handles in the product info instead of a buyer having to guess - do I have a medium or large hand according to the manufacturer of this handle? My handle is 3.125 inches in width. My hand is 3.25 inches in width, so it’s a squeeze. I’d suggest you measure your hand across the knuckles of your hand (not the finger knuckles) because that’s the part of your hand that is going to grasp the handle. If wider than 3.125 inches, consider going for the larger size handle. If you want to leave the handle on the ladder while it’s stored in the garage, be aware that the handle sticks out about 2 & 3/16ths inches from the side of the ladder.

This simple product makes life easier
The XL Carrier Pro is an excellent addition to your tool arsenal. Ladder work is always frustrating because you spend more time dealing with the ladder than the actual job itself. This useful handle clips to the ladder and makes it easier to carry to the site, then easily transfers to give you a stable place to put your tools without constant trips up and down. I suspect this carrier will see a lot of use, and I think the thick plastic construction should hold up to abuse for a long time. As for the sellers, there was a slight confusion in the order, but customer service responded to my email ON A WEEKEND within an hour and straightened everything out in minutes. I would gladly purchase from these folks again.

Does not work
This is my first ever review of a product on Amazon. This product should be avoided! 1) Instructions are aweful 2) When handle is placed on ladder there is not enough space to get your fingers between ladder and bottom of the handle. USELESS 3) No real way to attach the wheels to the ladder. 4) The wheels are so small that you have to attach them to the absolute bottom of the ladder to have any hope of them contacting the ground before the foot of the ladder drags.
