Creator Expert 10243 Parisian Restaurant (2469 Pieces)

Fabulously well made with outstanding detail! This was so much fun to build and it turned out even better than expected. Details are over the top fabulous from the checkerboard flooring to the flowers to the menu (printed on the brick, not just a sticker menu), to the murphy bed on the 2nd floor. When complete, all three floor come apart easily and reassemble just as easily. This completed project sits in our living room and every visitor has commented on how great it is. The detail is truly French and the design on the outside of the building is very unique -- bricks, fireplace and feather & croissant details at the top of the building. The back top floor opens up to have access to the artist's studio, complete with easel and paintbrush and canvases. It comes with a bicycle, trash cans filled with cheese bits and trash, and even a city rat! The drawers in the kitchen open and pots and pans fit inside. Even the fridge door opens. Dishes are stacked up in the kitchen with rolling pin, knives and glasses. Cafe tables on the outside of the building along with the canopy at the glass front door make this feel as if your could actually walk inside, sit down, and order a meal. Plus, it's a very cool homage to Paris. Truly a well designed Lego piece. One of the best ever!

This is an amazing LEGO set and is deserving of a place in your LEGO collection. This set is most likely the next modular set to be retired, so be sure to snag one before prices go through the roof and the set becomes only available on secondary markets. Wonderful set. The piece count for this set makes it very attractive when considering price. Whenever you can find a LEGO set with the average cost of a piece less than 10 cents per piece, you're doing good. This set actually has one of the more attractive price to piece ratios out there when it comes to LEGO sets. Lastly, this set is massive. You'll spend several hours building this set and most likely won't be able to complete the set in one sitting. I had to break this build up into several days whenever time allowed. The bags are all numbered, however, the numbering system is based on sections of the build. Each section of the build took me a couple hours due to my time being broken up and fragmented. If you were able to work on this set and aimed to complete the build in one sitting, you may be able to finish this set in 4-5 hours. The modular line is known for the attention to details, and this set definitely doesn't disappoint. The LEGO creator expert modular sets rarely go on sale, so if you are able to find this set (or any others for that matter) for less than the retail price, then I would jump on it. Even at retail price, this set is a great buy and I would highly recommend. Happy bricking.

If you can find a better Lego set than this, I'd like to see it. The level of detail and charm, both inside and outside the restaurant, is unsurpassed. A challenging and fun build plus lots of unusual techniques and parts means that the Creator Parisian Restaurant will keep you occupied for hours. Once you finish, you'll never want to take it apart, because it's beautiful. This set includes three floors - titular restaurant, apartment and artist's studio - and each are wonderfully detailed, with everything from a gorgeous cabinet for wine glasses (excuse me, grape juice) to a fully furnished kitchen. It's simply a joy to look at and explore, for kids and adults alike. For the price, it's also a great deal. As with all of the modular Creator buildings, you're getting a ton of pieces for a reasonable price by Lego standards. Not to mention, tons of rare olive green bricks and other interesting pieces are included. The bottom line: if you can afford it, buy this set. You won't be disappointed. Best modular building and arguably the best Lego set ever, period.

The LEGO Creator Parisian Restaurant was purchased for my son's 9th birthday. It was the must-have on his wishlist, and I have to say it's really cool. The price is a bit scary, but when you see the quality and magnitude of the build it's easy to see why it costs what it does. The pieces are in numbered bags, and the build is pretty straightforward while giving a challenging build that will take time. It's frustrating when you purchase a regular set that the kids build in an hour - this one took my builder a few days. It's a great stand-alone play set - we don't have any other connecting street buildings - but are looking forward to adding to the town. The Parisian Restaurant has three floors, and each floor comes off to allow for play in all three floors at the same time. The first floor is the restaurant, complete with kitchen, dining area, and sidewalk cafe. The second floor is an apartment complete with murphy bed, eating area, fireplace, kitchen, and outdoor patio. The third floor is an artist's loft complete with fireplace, skylights, and artists supplies. This set lives up to the expected quality from the Lego company, as well as the detail in the design and build. Any Lego fan would enjoy this set.

If you love Lego, this is one of the best sets you can get. They have paid attention to detail right from the outside dining area to the flooring to the one room apartment on the first floor. The front design looks marvelous. I especially love the kitchen area with the fridge and those floor tiles. The set has a lot of pieces (about 2500) so it would keep you gripped for a long time. Definitely worth the price. Do check some videos out to see what all it features.

Una vez más lego lo borda a nivel de los detalles. Me encanto en cuando lo vi parece realmente una maqueta con todo lujo de detalles. Lo monte junto a mis hijos y lo disfrutamos a tope. El conjunto es bastante caro pero merece la pena.

This Lego set met my expectations perfectly. It took me a few days to completely build the set, but throughout the hours of building it, I found myself in awe at all the little details that are present in the set. I love it, and like the majority of Lego sets I've bought in the past, this one is of excellent quality as expected of an official Lego product.
