It’s a great buy
I love these. They have never malfunctioned on us. We use them every night to set up their breakfast so they are not waking us up at 5am lol. Great for leaving the kitties home for a night. The battery life has been impressive. I bought ours about 3 months ago and have yet to change the batteries. I do think it is good value, but note that the material is cheap. I’m not sure if it would survive if we dropped it, but honestly for the price and for how simple it has made our life I highly recommend it. So easy to use and dependable.

Super useful!
This was super easy to setup, and it works perfectly fine! I have had this for over a year now and it is still in very good condition. I have had zero issues at all. I don't use it very often, I only use it if I am going to be away for a long period of time. It always feeds my cat on time, I have also not changed the batteries at all since I first got it. Overall, for the price I think it's great and very useful, especially if you feed your cat wet food! I would defiantly recommend this product to every cat parent, I rate it a 10/10! :)

Almost perfect
So the item works as advertised. Slap in a AA battery, turn the dial, and after X hours your lid will flip up and feed your hungry feline. I love the inclusion of the ice pack since I feed my cat wet food, so there's not a huge risk of rotting food being served to my pet. The problem? There's not exactly an airtight seal on the lid. Which means my cat can easily smell the food, and will start pawing at the lid trying to get to it. Now he's never opened it prematurely... Yet. But it's not exactly ideal to me to tease him with food for hours on end and will definitely cause some scuff marks in the future. Maybe a rubber gasket would help? But maybe that's a fools errand and there's no way to stop the smell from leaking to a cat's nose for a reasonable cost. Still can't complain really! Especially for the price

Great Item but you Need to remove the battery when not in use.
This is great when you know you know you wont be home for usual feeding time. the ice pack helps keep your wet food fresh. My only compliant is that the timer is always on. even when it opens it will keep ticking away non stop. I read in the instruction when not in use you have to remove the battery. this is the only inconvenience. if youre not keep track on your battery, it can die when youre away and the feeder will never open.

Quality, clean and works well
This works great. Hate to leave our girl behind, but knowing that she's going to have fresh food on a schedule, makes it bearable

Absolute Junk! Don't waste your money!
I would love to give negative stars if I could. While understood that this is nothing high tech - it has a simple wind timer release, I didn't have that high of expectations. But the unit has a tiny ice block, there is absolutely no insulation to help keep the cold in the unit. The claim that this will keep food cold for 48 hours is an absolute joke! Maybe an hour at best. And the timer doesn't work! I have cats that only eat wet food and wanted to have an option for them while being away from home for long hours. Unfortunately - this piece of junk let them go hungry! It NEVER opened! Brand new battery, previously tested the unit to make sure it did what it was supposed to do - but apparently a longer time setting made it useless. My poor kitties went without dinner... One timer had wound down from 6 hours to 2 and the other one was still on the 6 I set it at. Don't waste your money. Cheap, no insulation to help keep the food cold, timers don't work. Sadly going to end up in a landfill.... what a waste...

Great for my special needs cat.
Love it and so does the cat. Had no problem getting her to use it. It works as described. She has to eat 4 times a day at regular intervals. With the timer I don't have to get up in the middle of the night. And if I should have to be gone for an extended period during the day we are covered. Which is one reason I bought the C200. I can set each dish for a different time if need be. It doesn't take up any more room than her conventional dishes. My vet suggested this after a specialist told her about it.

Unfortunately Not My Favorite
I really wanted to like this product, but it unfortunately has some downsides that make it collect dust in my house instead of being used. PROS: The size of the bowls holds a full can of cat food. Because of the ice packs, it can keep wet food cold (which not a lot of automatic feeders have). There are metal bowls you can purchase to use instead of the plastic bowls included to help keep food colder for a longer period of time. Because there are two bowls, you can use this for two cats. There are two separate timers as well so you can set a feeder for different times of the day. CONS: My main issue is that there is no alarm or bell feature for when the feeder opens. When it opens, it is quiet. I have one cat that will eat the other cat’s food if they get to it first so I need both cats to be alerted to the feeder opening. Additionally, since the timer is a manual dial, it is hard to create a price time which can be an issue for some cats that like a strict feeding schedule. My cat has PICA and will eat random objects if not fed on time. Also, since the timers are separate, it’s hard to make sure they open on each side at the same time to feed two cats. I have tried to see if I can get the feeder to open at the same time every time, but I have not been able to. As a result, I only use this when I absolutely have to. I wish it had a digital timer instead. There is a piece that allows both sides to be opened at once and only requires one timer to be set BUT it makes one lid unlocked and easier for a cat to get into (if that makes sense). I would prefer a version made out of metal, because my feeder became swiftly chewed up from my gluttonous cat. If you’re worried about plastic consumption with your cat, I’d choose a different feeder. I think I bought this for around $50 originally. I feel a bit robbed seeing it now for $30. My loss, I guess. I do think $30 would be fair IF there was a bell or alarm feature.
