I recently purchased the Little Tikes Sizzle and Serve BBQ for my kids, and it has been an absolute hit! The moment we set it up, the kids couldn't wait to start "cooking" their favorite meals. The assembly was straightforward, and the grill itself is incredibly sturdy and well-made. The realistic design, complete with a pretend food set, encourages imaginative play and has kept my children entertained for hours. They love the sizzle sound effects that make their pretend grilling experience feel so real. It's also the perfect size for toddlers, making it easy for them to handle at 24 inches tall.

I bought this for my four year old nephew who LOVES to pretend to cook me things. He already has a kitchen that he loves, but he is always telling me he wants to make hamburgers and hot dogs so I decided to try out this grill. He was instantly in love with it. It is plastic so it could easily be kept outside next to the real grill Daddy uses (however it isn't very sturdy so if you live in an area with strong winds you would want to bring it in!) I like that it came with some food he can use right away on his grill, in addition to the play food he already had. I would highly recommend this for your budding chef who wants to be able to cook outside of the play kitchen!

The price is amazing ! Plastic is good and sturdy. Lightweight and absolutely adorable and durable . 3 year old drags it all over the yard . Just for the lid attachment you will have to drill a few screw holes to secure the lid better. Absolutely perfect price and it’s hours of fun time. We eat about 100 times a day our toddlers always making burgers ,rocks and even French fries, cupcakes . You name it and the toddler will bbq it on the grill. Even comes with cute little grilling utensils! For the price you can’t beat it !!

First I want to start out with the problem with the lid that other reviewers talked about. I decided to purchase this despite what they said, when it arrived I put it together and at first I was like, yep they were right, this is a poor design with the lid, BUT.... I kept looking at it where the tabs on the gray grill part goes into the black base and if you look from the bottom it appears they are in there but the lid would not stay up and if it leaned too far back then the gray grill part would pop out. I kept on looking at it and realized that if you looked in there from the top there are small tabs (I can't think of a better word!) that should click into the rectangular notches in the black part and they weren't in there. Anyway, we had to use pliers to squeeze the parts together because our hands were not strong enough to do it. Once we heard each of the clicks (I think it was two of them) we knew we had it together and then the lid worked perfectly. It stayed up just fine. You don't have to hold it up and it doesn't flip back pulling the gray grill up. So, WHEN PUTTING THE LID ON THIS GRILL MAKE SURE YOU HEAR AT LEAST TWO CLICKS WHEN YOU SNAP THE GRAY AND BLACK PARTS TOGETHER and then it should work just fine. As for the grill itself: I think it is a great value for the price, especially with all the accessories you get with it. However, I expected a better quality plastic since it was made by Little Tikes. Usually, their toys have much thicker plastic. But I think this should hold up just fine. The grill was super easy to put together except for the lid. The directions are just photos, no words, so I give that two stars since they are not clear on making sure that when putting on the lid the parts snap together securely. I do wish they had made the trays on the sides double what they are (they are only 3" wide) so that there was room to put a little plate to hold the food on them. I did not get the accessories out of the package but they seem solid enough with the usual Little Tikes thick plastic. You get mustard, ketchup, 2 hot dogs, 2 hot dog buns, 2 hamburgers, 2 hamburger buns (top and bottom), tongs and a slotted spatula. Yes, they do look slippery, but plastic food usually is. The hot dog buns are super cute!! We have yet to give it to our granddaughter, because it is a Christmas gift, but it appears that it is just the right size. She is 2 1/2. From the floor to the top of the grill (not including the lid) it's about 18" tall. And I do have to say that this grill is incredibly adorable! It looks just like a mini Weber kettle grill! Note: Since I have heard that sometimes the reviews on Amazon are not totally honest, I want everyone to know that this is an honest review that I decided to put on here because of the lid problem everyone was talking about. I did not get this item "to try out and review", I just wanted to offer assistance about the lid problem because the directions are not clear.

It's to short for the money u getting it and the lid won't stay on like it's suppose and just easy to break

i bought this for my 3yr old nephew and he absolutely loves it. the only thing is that its very easy to lose the hot dogs/buns etc., but i suppose that's with anything and a 3yr old. looks just like his dads grill, so you can tell he feels like one of the guys while playing with it.

I bought this set for my nineteen month old grandson. His father just bought a new grill and I wanted him to be able to cook along with his daddy. The grill is extremely well made - it looks a lot like a Weber grill with its well-known kettle shape. You are able to easily move the grill by tilting it on the back wheels and pulling it along. It has a nice weight to it but is easily moved by a toddler. Along with the grill, you get two utensils: a spatula and a pair of tongs. Both utensils can hang from the wing on the side of the grill, which is also the pull handle for moving the grill around. There is a knob on the other wing that turn with a clicking noise - just like what you might have on a gas grill. That same wing has a flat surface where you can keep other "cooking" items. Those items include two hot dogs, two hot dog buns, two hamburger patties, two hamburger buns, and ketchup and mustard condiments. The hot dogs fit snugly in their buns but the hamburger patties are not really fitted in the buns at all - they are all very loose but it didn't make a difference in fun play. I have bought other food and plate sets for him to play with (especially those from Green Toys) and they all work really well together. He loves to play vacuum and mowing the lawn, so now cooking at the grill will be a new game for him, too. Little Tikes toys have been well made for many years - I bought them for my children when they were young and always had a good experience with them. It is a brand that I trust for well thought out toys and one that I buy with security that they will be made to last.

Keeps my son busy for hours, it is so fun for kids! It’s also super cute and functional. The size is great for toddlers, And it’s very durable. It’s still looks brand new after a year!

Wonderful product. Easy to put together. People have complained about the lid not fitting correctly, but did not find this problem. The only thing I would say is that is top heavy and falls over quite easily. Placed a weight on the bottom shelf and that fixed the problem. Kids love it!
