I would say yes. I have a 36" Meinle symphonic gong on my stand with plenty of room all around.

This stand holds 28" to 40" gongs.

Does the caster wheels come with this Gong stand?

No, there are no casters included. They do sell them separately, though.

How high can I raise the stand. I would like to play my gong standing up.

mine does not raise - but I like the stand I have stood and played the gong -just make the hang straps shorter
