great USB speaker with loud sound and modern design to go with our kids bedroom.
bought these cool looking round speakers for my kids playroom. connected to the TV via USB and was amazed how loud they were. Kids loved the loud sound during their cartoons :) me and my wife did not like the loud sound but enjoyed watching the kids be happy

Good speakers, great price!
I have an older Dell laptop which included a speaker that lacked both volume and quality. However, with headphones the volume and quality are quite good. Since I don't care for wearing headsets or ear buds all the time, I figured that amplified ext. spkrs. were the obivious solution. I already had a set of Logitech spkrs. for use with my "Fire" tablet. They work well, but I had to velcro them down as the base is so small that they tip over quite easily. I, therefore, ordered these Cyber Acoustics spkrs for their larger footprint. They arrived on time and in excellent condition. I really like the controls and the volume is very good with my Dell. The quality of sound was very flat when I first got these small spkrs. hooked up. Now I realize your only going to get so much depth of tone with a set of $11.00, 1 1/2" x 3" spkrs. but I felt it might not be totally the fault of the spkrs. I played rock music (heavy percussion) at full volume for a couple of hours, and the sound did get better as they began to loosen up. While these spkrs are not studio quality, for the price they do a nice job. The last thing I want to mention is that these spkrs. are very light. When they are being played loudly on a smooth surface, the vibration tends to make them move around. I solved this problem by using sticky pads which can be left loose or velcro'd to the bottom of the spkrs. and then cut to size.

Headphone jack HUMMMMS
These are nice-looking, decent sized and well-built speakers for the price! Problems & solutions below. Problem #1: I couldn't use my nice Koss headphones with the jack on the front of these speakers. Constant hum, even when no audio was playing, and even with volume knob turned all the way down. (Speakers must be in "on" position to use headphone jack.) So I bought a Male to dual Female Y splitter to use at the originating output jack on the computer (to connect the speakers and headphones separately), and solved THAT problem. (See SOLMIMI Headphone Splitter 3.5mm TRRS Stereo Audio Y Splitter Braided 4-Pole Male to 2-Female Dual Headphone Jack Splitter Adapter for Headset PC) Problem #2: The speakers themselves have ZERO bass, they are very tinny-sounding. But the sound is clean, clear, and plenty loud enough. Having a mechanical volume control on the front of the speakers is handy, although I typically use the volume control on the computer. Problem solved: If you are using iTunes on your computer, it has an Equalizer (with various presets) that you can increase the bass and lower the treble sliders to get much better sound out of these speakers! (Go to View > Show Equalizer) I had forgotten about this, because it wasn't needed with my other set of speakers. These $15 speakers will do for now in my temporary living situation, where I must be quiet, but I am looking forward to moving again and unpacking the old Altec Lansing 2.1 Channel speaker system with subwoofer. (No comparison, but they cost a lot more.) There are few quality choices out there for non-Bluetooth speakers. Give these a chance with low expectations and you may be pleasantly surprised!

Good speakers
Taller than I was expecting. Easy to install. Just plug in and you're ready to go, about 5 seconds. Good sound just don't put the speakers sound all the way up. They have a bit of static and there wasn't any base that I could tell. At a normal listening level, they are great speakers for general use. I did find the blue "ON" light to be a bit too bright and distracting, so I just covered it with some duct tape.

Lasted 6 months of daily use - okay for the price
I bought these in Feb 2025, and as of Aug 2025 they are no longer working properly--the blue light is on, but no sound at all. For the past few days, it would work sporadically but now, I get nothing but the light. Pros: Very easy to set up, simple controls, good volume control and average quality sound, classic look, includes available 3.5mm port for headphones. I also appreciated that they use AC and do NOT have a USB plug-in, since I have a couple of AC outlets but not a USB port or charger available (though I know others may prefer USB, so that may be a "con" for some). Con: The biggest issue is that they stopped working after just under 6 months' use. There's also no way to turn off the very bright blue power indicator light--I covered it with a sticker to tone it down. Cord connecting the two speakers is a bit on the short side (3 ft if I had to guess) for a larger monitor, but should be fine for medium or small ones. For the price, 6 months of use may not be terrible, but I had hoped for more. (Still marginally better than the mono Bluetooth speaker I had before that I paid more for, but would only connect 70% of the time. That one lasted 5 months.)

Cheap trash. You get what you pay for.
Obviously 17 dollar speakers aren't going to be your answer for a home entertainment system, but I was hoping for something a little more functional than what I got. To begin with, the left speaker didn't work at all. I jostled the wire a little, and finally got faint sound from it - about half the volume of the right speaker. But balanced or not, the sound quality was awful. It was faint, tinny, no bass at all, and didn't do any of my music any justice. I get far better sound quality out of a pair of 15-dollar headphones (powered only by the audio jack) than I do with these speakers (which actually have a DC power plug). Besides that, they just feel cheap. Small, lightweight, loose wires... Just spend the money and get something that works, rather than this piece of junk.

Cost effective way to get sound on your computer that may not already have speakers. The quality seems nice and the sound is pretty good too. Highly recommended if you just need the option of sound for your computer or desktop. Manufacturer packaging ensured the products arrived in perfect shape.

Son unas bocinas muy buenas con muy buen sonido dentro de su rango. Para amplificar tu sonido de laptop o de tu pc de escritorio son excelentes, sencillas y de buena calidad. Las recomiendo.

The sound quality was much worse than I imagined reading others' reviews. There is literally zero bass, and the volume knob needs to be quite high to begin with for me to hear anything. If they were a bit louder and had a bit more bass, it would be excellent. I like that is has the volume knob though, it makes it very easy to adjust the volume. I like the headphone jack, my monitor also has one but its in a very awkward spot. I also like that they take power from a wall outlet and not a USB port. Finally, I can only hate on the sound quality so much, since I don't use it for music. I use the speakers for Youtube videos or games where I don't need headphones or when I want a break from wearing them. They do exactly what I need for a pretty darn good price, so I'm happy.
