Apple iPad Air 2, 64 GB, Gold, (Renewed)

I bought this iPad looking for something that has space for tons of games and pictures as well as lighter to carry to my college classes instead of my big, old and heavy laptop. I have had the tablet for just about a week now and so far, so very good! Like everyone has the right to be, I was very hesitant on buying a 200 dollar iPad online but I just simply wanted the best deal. I didn’t want to have to pay a lot of money for something I could have possibly got for cheaper. I waited a while and did a lot of research and reading comments before I bought this one. The comments here are very split when it comes to buying an iPad on here. I talked it over with my boyfriend and he thought it was a good idea so I went with his gut and I’m pretty happy I did. The iPad works very nicely! Powered on well as soon as I got it. Now I will say, the packaging was not apple packaging and the charger base is not apple as well. The iPad also charges a bit slow, but! The battery life lasts a very long time and the iPad came in good condition. You can tell by the back that it’s refurbished or this is something the previous owner did but it doesn’t bother me a bit. I’ve bought a case and don’t plan on taking it off anytime soon! Buying an iPad on here might just be a hit or miss type of thing, if you decide to buy one I hope yours works just as well as mine does!

The quality was better than I anticipated for it being refurbished. The appearance was almost brand new, the screen and picture quality is on par, it easily setup with my iPhone, and it was definitely a great bargin in terms of value for the money.

It was as described by the seller. It came in original packaging with the power adapter and a lightening cable. There is no scratches on the display or anywhere else on the device. I inspected it very closely. Because this is a refurb when Apple set them up, they use the original software that was included at the time of manufacturing. So mine came with version 8.1. I was able to upgrade to version 9.1 without issue though it did take while. I really got little concerned, but it finished. I then actually did a total reset just to make sure there was no glitches since I upgraded and I was also told to do this to recapture spaced because iOS 8 uses more space than iOS 9. Sure enough this gave me back almost a gig of space by doing the reset and erase. I then restored with all my apps and settings. This thing runs buttery smooth and seems fast. The touch ID isn't nearly as fast as the one on my iPhone 6s Plus, but that is okay. It gets the job done. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend the refurb to save money. In my case I saved $140 on the iPad and another $45 in tax, so that is $185 over buying a brand new one at a retail store. I did have some issues with Fedex and my delivery. They said they had delivered it and yet I didn't have it and it was no where to be found. I put in a trace via Fedex and later in the day my package mysteriously showed up. I won't dink the seller or Amazon for that, they both did what they said they would do, that is totally on Fedex.

The product won't charge. Whether that is the charger or the actual device isn't my concern. I am a YouTuber with well over 40,000 subscribers that relies on technology for my video editing. I purchased this as a supplemental item. Avoid. Will update once I buy a charge to see if it is the charging unit or iPad. Either way, for a company that is selling refurbished product, this should have been handled. Unprofessional and shows a lack of quality. Don't buy. Edit: Charger was broken. Replaced charger on my own, IPad couldn't connect to Apple store. The OS is bugged. Do not buy. Edit 2: Bad battery, extremely slow ios because of the bugs. The previous owners personal information on the back of the iPad (stickers with number and name) still present. Customer support was friendly though. I'd avoid buying.

I really like this product, its really nice. the screen quality’s nice. good for my daughter and shes actually using it right now, :D but it dies really early but we have a charger that works pretty good.

We had such a great experience with this refurbished apple iPad air 2. It was ordered and arrived promptly in a protective box and with a charging cord. My son saved up and bought this with his own money. He LOVES it. He had is up and running right away and I haven't heard of any problems!!! My older daughter ordered a cell phone from a different seller. She ordered it an entire week before the iPad and it still hadn't arrived when the iPad did. We ended up digging around and figuring out that the other company had deleted the order on us, without notification and it still continues to sit in my list of orders saying it will be on its way by the 31st (when ordered on the 18th) . The iPad has been super fast and the battery seems to last forever. He also loves the finger print security because of having three siblings. Now we just need a great case to keep it looking new and crisp and to protect it. If anyone has any advice about a great case for this product we'd love to hear it!!

I bought this iPad as a gift for my granddaughter. She was counting the days awaiting its arrival because she was so excited! She uses it everyday and has told me a thousand times how much she loves it. She would be devastated it it didn’t work properly. It works perfectly and surpasses all my expectations. I would definitely purchase merchandise from this vendor again.

I use this tablet for drawing so I’m glad it is Wacom compatible. Great battery life, I end up using it more than my computer now.

I bought I Pad air 2 Gold (2017). Looks almost new, no scratch. Battery life is horrible. From 100% to 0% between 30 min! Safari seems slower as well.. Waisting money! Not recommended.
