I bought these for my husband, son and myself. We’re a hypermobile family with knee issues. They come with two sizes of straps, which is great. We all wear them daily, can’t feel them wearing them, there’s no restriction of movement and they HELP A LOT. My hEDS kiddo couldn’t straighten his right knee without pain and walking class to class was hurting him. These made all the difference. He doesn’t come home hurting anymore. Hubs is pleased because this kind of thing is just what he’s always sought and didn’t know existed. I’d found them elsewhere and bought from Amazon because I thought the materials in these would be more comfortable and I’m now convinced I was right. We are very pleased to have much less knee pain. We don’t feel them while wearing them, they don’t restrict movement at all and only bring comfort. All they do is keep our patellae in place instead of rolling around due to weak stretchy connective tissues. I highly recommend these.

I love everything about this patellar tendon strap except for rash it gave me behind my left knee. To solve that problem, I just put some kinesio tape then the strap. Problem solved! It works so well, I’m gonna keep it, and use it. That’s how much I love this. It really supports my patellar tendon after my ACL repair, comfortable and easy to strap on and the color helps it hide well under my pants and with the different size strip fits perfectly!!

I noticed a lessening of pain the first time I wore one of these knee straps when working out on the treadmill. After wearing one on my bad knee, surgery decades ago, for about 10 days, I am experiencing a substantial drop in pain in normal day-to-day activites when I'm not wearing the strap as well. I'm very pleased with these for the job they go, the comfortable fit and the ease of putting them on/adjusting them.

Works great, less pressure and pain on the knees. I'm more flexible and extension and bending is increasing so I'm able to move better. Great price and quality.

I live on the road which means I have no medical insurance so I am my own doctor. I've tried 3 other kinds of knee braces. They shift, slide down, don't fit because of my bigger thighs, or just don't do the job of relieving my pain. Who knew all I needed was this little small strap to sit just below the knee and my pain would subside. I couldn't even step outside on the ground and walk to my car without hollering, but with the strap the pain eased and made it comfortable to take steps. It was great that it came with two different size straps to choose from for adequate fit and it's very lightweight. It's Velcro on both sides so you can pull for evenness and it does not move. I barely even know it's there. What a relief.

Once you find the sweet spot; it helps immensely. You will have to trial and error to find that spot and you may experience soreness or slight bruising on the side of your knee; but don't get discouraged...relief is within sight. I've tried the copper infused sleeves and the wraps that encompass your kneecap...the first ones just begin to roll into an ever tighter band that cuts off circulation. The latter, will if they produce it with thick stitching around the "knee back" part...it starts to cut off circulation in two location above and below the knee. This little adjustable band rests right in the knape of the knee so that there is very little discomfort. Now, I will say, you're gonna pinch some knee skin when you are first putting this think on when you are finding the right tightness...just lift up the material enough to allow your skin room. I don't knw if you're supposed to wear it to bed, but i have to remind myslef to take it off it's so comfortable.

okay so I was having horrendous pain because I tore my meniscus last year and recently it completely tore all the way through and I needed something besides the sleeves or Ace bandages and I do actually have a leg brace like the kind and orthopedic doctor would give you but that is way too much trouble to keep putting on and off all day and night so I saw this product seeing how many were sold and I bought it and they give you two of them that's 2 for $10 and I can't believe that I followed the instructions and "IT WORKS PERFECT AND TAKES AWAY 80% OF THE PAIN" going from agonizing non-stop pain for the pain to stop honestly I don't get it how it works but it does and to see people leave bad reviews especially for two of these for 10 bucks that's pretty sad and they work and they don't cut off the circulation like people say I don't hardly ever leave reviews but this is a game changer I really don't care how all the other stuff I was using didn't work but this little band does but there's a reason why there's so many of them sold and it has a high rating and also they're cheap and they're made very strong and out of good material do not hesitate.

Adjustable straps makes it easier to get the desired tightness. Hold the patella in place for training and noticed a difference since first use. Feel the difference when kneeling down or down box jumps.
