I added this omega-3 to my daily routine some time ago, and I can say I’ve noticed a subtle but positive difference. I feel a bit clearer mentally, and my joints seem to move more freely, especially in the mornings. It’s not an overnight change, but over time it’s definitely been noticeable. Knowing it’s been tested for contaminants and doesn’t contain unnecessary extras gives me peace of mind. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but for me the quality, potency and lack of side effects make it worth the extra cost.

I'd not come across this brand until recently but I like that they aim to provide high quality supplements which are backed by science. Both their raw materials and final products are tested by accredited and cGMP compliant laboratories to verify their potency and purity which is reassuring to know and would explain the premium price of their products. I take Omega 3 fish oil for my eye health and to support my cognitive functions and these are a good strength with 1000mg triglyeride-form EPA and DHA in each softgel. I like that the information provided on the packaging shows what fish have been used in the process. My pack had a good Best Before date of May 2027. The Softgels are quite large but are easily swallowed. l didn't have any aftertaste or any negative digestive issues. These are taken one a day so this pack will last 30 days. I can't say there are specific health benefits I've noticed yet but it's early days and supplements tend to have a cumulative effect which takes time to notice the difference they are making. These softgels are free from common allergens, GMOs, unnecessary binders, fillers and preservatives. Reassuringly they are also tested for environmental contaminents such as heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins etc as well as tested for oxidation and rancidity. I feel like these are a quality product and the price reflects that.

Although a premium product at this price considering it is only one month's worth, the quality is excellent and I am minded that the combination of ingredients is an effective package. Considering the high quality, the value for money is very good. I'm very pleased to be taking these.
