These sit at the opening of the ear canal so there's no discomfort for buds that don't quite fit. Smaller ears make it difficult to find a comfortable size and shape. These are easy to use, comfortable for streaming or listening to music, and very affordable. Philips has always given a quality product and these are my go to for private listening

I've bought these six times on amazon and more at a local pharmacy. They're cheap and last me close to a year before one of the headphones dies. That's with hourly daily use. I love them. They're comfortable, sound good enough for me and work great for the price. I just keep replacing my pair whenever they go bad.

I have 2 or 3 pair of older Phillips earbuds.......have had and used them for several years, and have always been quite happy with them. The design has changed, and that changed the quality and comfort for me. The sound is okay - but these earbuds don't fit in my ears the way the older ones did, and that does impact both sound quality and comfort. They didn't need to be changed. It wasn't broken - don't fix it!

I love these headphones. I have been looking for a good set of earbuds for quite some time now. I've always been a fan or the old style iPod headphones but they are hard to come by now that most manufactures make the ones that go in your ear canal. I get headaches pretty easily and after trying a few sets I came upon these which I can wear during long runs or while doing work on the computer without getting a migraine. I do not like to spend a lot on my headphones as they tend to get broken, lost or chewed up by furry household friends. These are great quality for a very reasonable price. I intend to buy several more sets.

Overall: Three stars. Were it not for the short cable length and personal discomfort felt, this pair of Philips earbuds could have been a very decent open-air headphone option. As a fan of the open-air design headphones common in the past, but increasingly rare presently, I picked up this Philips SHE2100 headphones to supplement my existing set made by another manufacturer. The inexpensive price of the Philips made it easier to justify as an impulse purchase and thankfully so, for I had some quality issues at the beginning. Amazon was extremely helpful and promptly resolved the issue to my satisfaction, so five stars for Amazon's service here, but the product itself left me somewhat disappointed. Having mentioned about its price and open-air design, the next good point about these Philips headphones is the 90° angled jack. The L-shape makes it easier to un/plug the headphones to desktop speakers compared to the straight-line connectors. The output from these headphones is comparable to the other open-air headphones I own at this price range; the bass from the Philips is somewhat more noticeable, but not by a wide margin sufficient for me to definitely recommend this pair over others. However, just after a few minutes of wearing the Philips, I had to put it down. The relatively large diameter of the earbuds made it quite uncomfortable for use, though the experience may vary across individuals. However, Philips has opted not to include any generic foam paddings with these headphones despite this very possibility of discomfort for its users. While it may be arguable whether Philips should be obligated to provide the foam paddings, the lack of them is definitely noticed here; even cell phone purchases often include a complimentary set for use. The final straw that breaks the usability of these Philips headphones however is the unexpectedly short cable length of only 1m (3.2 ft.); the typical length I've encountered for headphones is 1.2m (3.9 ft.). The 0.2m (0.6 ft.) disparity in cable length means the difference between being able to lean back to enjoy my music and having to constantly lean forward to keep the earbuds in place. Most frustratingly, this crucial piece of information is not featured prominently on the Amazon product page; I only managed to find this fact in the official Philips website. Just for comparison, even AmazonBasics headphones has a 1.2m (3.9 ft.) cable, featured prominently on the product page and Amazon is definitely not a specialized audio accessory brand. If I had known of the disappointingly short cable length earlier, it is highly unlikely I would have made this impulse purchase. It is definitely more worthwhile to spend an extra few dollars for a pair of headphones with a longer cable for use in comfort. Overall, were it not for Amazon's amazing customer service in resolving my initial complaint of this Philips SHE2100 headphones , I would be more inclined to give it a lower rating. You do get what you pay for, but even at this price, I have seen better before.

Inexpensive pair of quality little earbuds. Sound quality is the same or slightly better than apple earbuds. Materials are slightly worse but overall design is better. 90 Degree headphone jack is wonderful so no more bent headphone jacks. Cord is about 2 feet so only slightly shorter than the apple earbuds. Actual earbud shape is perfect. Comfortably and securely (for earbuds) sits in your ear. Will buy more if needed! Hopefully amazon still has a large enough stock of these left.

these are $5 so temper expectations. that being said, sound produced is simply incredible. while i've never owned an expensive pair, why would i as these are perfect for my taste. what is there to lose other than a finski?? give them a try.....

Do not buy these headphones, they are defective. I bought two, thinking they were the same ones sold at CVS (which I love, but I have lost my pairs). About thirty minutes after plugging them in, they began to shock my ears-- like painful, tiny lightning bolts of activity in my ear canal. I ripped them out of my ears immediately. I have only had this happen once before with an extremely old pair of headphones. I have started a return and I hope to receive a full refund. Do not buy this product unless you enjoy being slightly electrocuted.

Ton Qualität ist schlecht. Klingt wie eine Büchse. Versand sollte zu 2 Wochen sein, war dann doch 1 Monat und bekam unregelmäßige Benachrichtigungen. Dachte schon es sei verloren gegangen.

Hab selten Kopfhörer mit so einem schlechten Ton gehabt. Schade ums Geld.
