I like Pepcid Complete MUCH better than Prilosec OTC. Prilosec has to be taken one hour before eating. I always forget and then suffer the consequences. Pepsid can be taken anytime needed (max 2 tablets per day). MUCH better. Fast working. Also, I always buy generic. Much cheaper.

I've been using Amazon's version of Pepcid for a while now, and in terms of effectiveness, it works just as well as the name-brand Pepcid. It does a great job at managing heartburn and acid reflux—no complaints there. However, the taste leaves something to be desired. Compared to the brand-name version, this one has a noticeably chalkier texture and an aftertaste that's not very pleasant. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it definitely makes taking it less enjoyable. I really hope Amazon considers improving the flavor and texture in the future. If they do, this would be a five-star product all the way.

These are good and help ease heartburn pretty quick. I do get bad heartburn so after a while I do end up getting heartburn again. I don’t quite think they are as smooth as Pepcid seeing as these are a bit more chalky. However they are cheaper and do relive heartburn so that’s good enough for me.

The Amazon Basic Care Dual Action Complete works just like Pepcid Complete and was an absolute lifesaver during my recent pregnancy. It provided fast, effective relief and worked every time. Great value and just as reliable as the name brand!
