Smells nice and medium sized capsules
Not everyone likes cilantro or coriander (whatever you call it) but this is an easy way to take it and get some of the health benefits of it. You get a month's supply in the pouch. Packaging makes it letterbox friendly too. The capsules are about medium sized and I found them easy to take with water. No aftertaste.

Good value
I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container. I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 30 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at under £10. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your detox health.

Good but not the cheapest
I have tried this supplement and it seems to be of a good quality, containing 500mg of coriander leaf (cilantro if you are from the US) aerial parts per capsule. Coriander leaf is a mobiliser of heavy metals but a weak chelator in that it drops heavy metals rather readily so it can redistribute heavy metals in your body if there are many in readily accessible tissue compartments (if you've not done much chelation before). So this supplement is not really suitable and an extremely bad idea if you have dental amalgams (contains mercury) or if you haven't done any proper chelation before (e.g. DMPS, DMSA, EDTA, NBMI, or 'natural' alternatives like modified citrus pectin, micronised zeolite etc.) And even then, your liver can only get rid of so many toxins at once, so if you are close to the edge of a herxheimer reaction with antimicrobial herbs, let's say you are trying to kill off yeast or bad bacteria overgrowth in the gut, then taking coriander leaf may push you over the edge and give you a splitting or fuzzy headache which means the liver is maxed out and you just have lots of toxins floating freely around in your blood getting into your brain and nervous system and giving you a headache. So yes, coriander leaf can be good, but equally it can be terrible. This does not constitute medical advice. Anyway, regarding this supplement, it is about the same price as the Swanson equivalent when imported from US but contains half the amount, so I'd say it was not the best value. You can also make your own tincture using gin or vodka and buying a load of coriander from the supermarket or buying it as dried herbs, which would be more effective in terms of absorption. So overall it's ok but could be keener on price. It's only coriander leaf after all, not a more expensive herb.If you have too many heavy metals in easily accessible places in your body i.e. you've not done much chelation before,

Got it for my fungal infection detox undecided though. -Updated-
The media could not be loaded. Can't tell you if it's working, I still have a fungal infection, but this may take some months or years to fix, I saw the antifungal in a supplement, usually the ones prescribed by my doctor hurt my kidneys, so I had to stop taking them. Am hoping this works to help kill fungus on ny two toenails, combined with a generic topical treatment for fungal infections. This supplement is supposed to help detox the body from heavy metals as cilantro has many benefits but may have side effects, I would startpage.com the benefits of cilantro, as the list is large.I personally want to use it to try to get rid of the fungus in me, if it should work I'll be back with good news, if it doesn't at least I've probably gain some other benefit from it, just don't think 30 capsules is worth 8 quid, I may as well eat organic real parsley and coriander to get better benefits, and they are only 1 quid give or take for a bunch. However if this supplement works in 30 days to fix my fungal problem, I will re-rate.Update- Only 1 capsule left, aside from not working to fix my fungal infection, I doubt it detoxes much, I mean I didn't notice one thing when taking it, but the main issue here is also the fact it contains magnesiium stearate which is an ingredient that is used as a filler for the most part, it does nothing but give me headaches. Sorry If you take that ingredient out I would give 2 stars. I wish I never took it all the way to the end.
