Expensive socks but will last a very long time
These represent some of the most exceptional wall socks I have encountered, with the quality of the wool contributing to their remarkable longevity. The use of genuine wool has also effectively resolved a previous issue with athlete's foot. The primary drawback is their premium price point.

My new favorite
Used to be a big fan of 1000mile socks to prevent blisters but these are now my new favourites. Fast drying, tough and haven't had any blisters in when breaking in new boots.

As good as they say.
Unfortunately they don't seem to make them in Small very often because they are perpetually out of stock. I had to send these back as the M was too big. But they are as good as all the hype suggests. Don't hesitate.

Worth the money
I always used to get blisters when hiking (mainly due to wear cheap walking socks). Bough these to try as I was away for a hiking weekend. Walked the Saturday and Sunday and no blisters. Well padded. Kept my feet warm when needed and cool when needed. There was no sweaty feet. Definitely worth the money and the disapproving look from the wife after spending 27 quid on a pair of socks haha

Ich bin begeistert! Die Socke ist jeden Cent wert! Wer eine robuste, sehr gut tragbare Wandersocke sucht, kann bedenkenlos zugreifen! Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber immerhin gibt es 40 Jahre Garantie ;-)

Such a shame these aren’t easily available in Australia! Awesome build quality and fantastically comfortable. Sizing is true to the description, I’m an EU 43/44 and bought an L. Used for hiking in spring and would hardly have a complaint. Worth the extra money for sure.
