Hair Cutting Scissors Professional Home Haircutting Barber/Salon Thinning Shears Kit with Comb and Case for Men/Women (Silver)

I found myself needing shears after the cheap ones (the ones with the black plastic handles) literally broke on my 3 type curly hair twice over (I have a-d, but I believe I am prominently c). I was having neglect issues so kept developing a nest. I was able to pick out most of it, but needed assistance at times (my hair was due for a cut anyway). After my two pair of cheaper shears--which were a struggle to use to cut my hair--both broke during the hair cutting process, I decided to get this kit. Everything came nicely packaged. The pouch and everything in it was wrapped in sturdy plastic, so I knew it was all new. These easily cut through through the hair knot; no struggle at all, unlike with my last set of shears. However, I did not cut through a huge mass (granted, I think one would need those big stainless steel sewing scissors to cut through such a mass anyway), so I can not attest to that, but I will not forget how lacking in strength and sharpness I realized my plastic handle ones were after I used these for the first time. These shears are the sharpest I've ever had, but I'm also a greenie to cutting my own hair, not a pro, but I've had compliments on my hair. These came in a surprisingly quality-feel storage. The comb worked fine and the brown cloth let me polish the shear after use. The brown cloth is admittedly a small cloth, though. Also, I have only used the basic(?) shear pair so far, not the other pair; I'll need to look up when to use it! Considering I used these once they arrived at my door, and they worked, I'm happy with my purchase. These were a steal of a deal and worked as described.

I was cutting my bangs with kitchen shears, to my hairdresser's dismay. I, as a non-professional, did not want to spend a fortune so I got these. I love the regular shears, they are super sharp and work well to cut hair with ease. The texture shears cause some breakage, I would not recommend those... Thanks!

Good quality steel and very sharp. Great price when compared to professional barbers scissors. Teach your friend how to trim/cut hair and you’ll never have to pay for another haircut again.

Bought this 'cos my wife wanted to see if barbershop expenses are justified in our household. Happy to report that it's totally avoidable if you're able to sit still for 2 hours and pray to god that she doesn't nick your ears. Next one's gonna be faster, she says, haha. It comes neatly arranged in a good pouch so it's easy to store and use. The scissors are sharp and easy to use but the comb is a pain, literally. The teeth edges felt jagged as if it was trying to make plow lines on the my head. After I got my wife to switch the comb, it was easy. By the way, I wouldn't suggest cutting hair at home if you live in an apartment cos cleaning up the bathroom floor isn't that easy. If you got a yard, then I say go for it. The shears are lightweight and feels great, so overall, this is a great buy (minus the comb, of course).

I have cut my kids' and husband's hair for years. 4 different styles and lengths. I needed thinning shears for one of them, and landed on this kit. The scissors is excellent -- make sure you realize you can tighten and loosen it with a knob at the center. The thinning shears work, too, and the zippered pouch is handy. I'm not professionally trained, but I have 3 teens and a husband who keep coming to me for haircuts every 4-6 weeks, so this haircutting kit is doing its job!

I don't even play one on tv. I just cut my mom's hair occasionally, trim and shape my brother's beards, and cut my bangs and sometimes lop off my own heavy locks. I'm so unprofessional that I don't even know how to use the scissors properly. I use them like a kindergartner but I still get the job done. They are nice and sharp and cut hair like a dream. The thinning shears are magic! My mom and I have thick hair and these make us so much cooler in hotter weather. The do pull a single hair sometimes but that's a small price to pay for what they do. I love the carrying case. The zipper is fluid and this case takes up very little space so I tuck it away in a drawer quite easily. I bought a cape to accompany the scissors and I will review it next. You can check my reviews for it. We love it too. Like I said, I'm not a professional but I like this set. They should last me a very long time! For the price of a single beard shaping, I got this set and the cape. What's to complain about again?

Pretty damn good, perfectly sharp. Amazing quality for the price, although the finger wholes are rather small so if you have big hands I wouldn’t get these.

Great quality scissors set! The blades are sharp and cut very smoothly without tugging the hair. I’ve used them for trimming wigs and they work perfectly, giving a neat and professional finish. Compre este kit porque vi un ideo del YouTuber gringo Brad Mondo donde las recomendaba para un estilo de corte y funcionan bastante bien, funcionan tan bien que si se te va un poco la mano o no tienes mucha experiencia cortando, se te pude ir la tijera de mas paso, pero todo bien. El kit viene muy bien, cada cosa en tu bolsita individual y toco en un estuchito que cierra con zipper, el kit tienen todo lo que necesitas, de verdad, y tambien trae su trapito para darle mantenimiento. Super mis expectativas. Si tienes el pelo ondulado y grueso y nunca has utilizado las tijeras para degrafilar, si se pueden quedar medio atascadas en el cabello, pero eso no es por culpa de las tijeras, no es porque las tijeras no abran y cierren, pero uno se acostumbra y funcionan muy bien

Das Set wurde offenbar bereits benutzt. Sowohl die Scheren, als auch der Kamm und die Verpackungen sind mit Haarschnipseln und Schuppen verschmutzt, die Scherenverpackung ist kaputt und die Scheren sind völlig verkratzt. Von einer Marke (Himart) steht nirgends etwas. No Name Massenware mit Aufkleber ‚New - made in China‘. Wird zurückgeschickt, auch wenn mich das Geld kostet. Ist eine Prinzipfrage.

I tried cutting peoples hair with them, they are very blunt and made the whole process very slow
