This brand really works and it really made feel good and had no issues with the smell and it gave me great sleep. This was easy to digest and tasted fine..

This lemon balm has been a blessing 💕 I've tried many brands but I respond really well to this one. Seriously, an answered prayer about my anxiety,has helped me with panic attacks and helped me to able to feel safer in my own body and this world.

these work very good. it says take three but I would often take two and they are very relaxing

These were recommended to me but did nothing to help with my digestive issues. But maybe I did not take them long enough. Taste was good and easy to swallow.

I was looking for something natural to help with stress, and these Lemon Balm capsules are incredible. I take one before bed, and it helps me fully unwind without feeling groggy the next morning.

I suffer from lifelong anxiety and am always trying to find non prescription ways to deal with it. I recently came upon this and I can attest, at least for me, it is quite helpful to ease anxiety. I have taken it in the middle of the night when anxiety calls and I cannot sleep and it has been quite helpful. If you take it during the day you will feel a bit sleepy but still functional. I would recommend this for anyone for whom anxiety is a problem seeking a more natural solution.

Jury is out on this product. seems to give me the burps after taking. Not sure it helps much either but I will try it again

I was so surprised when I started taking this products from this brand- to find that it actually helped with calming & sleep & mood & anxiety & depression. I didn't realize that lemon balm was so amazing, even though I had heard about it for years. After I took it daily for a month or two & discovered the amazing benefits, I bought it again but went with a different brand that was organic, thinking organic would be better. After a month or so on the new lemon balm from zazze, anxiety and depression etc came back. & eventually I realized that the new supplement wasn't working. So I just bought this Nature's Way lemon balm again & I was shocked to compare the two pills. If you look at the picture you will see that the Nature's Way is green, the way a herbal supplement from a leaf should be; but the other brand isn't green at all. The smell is also different; the Nature's Way 1 smells like herbs. Anyway, I just wanted to share this stuff actually works and even though it's not organic , it's probably pesticide-free ... it definitely is fresh... It does say it's non-GMO... often companies don't pay the high fees for the organic labeling, which can be scammed anyway, but they still don't use pesticides. I am very sensitive to pesticides, so I feel certain these are pesticide free even if it's not labeled organic regardless , they work and I will be sticking with this brand.... Unless I can go find or grow some lemon balm which I know grows everywhere

3 capsules as directed, way too strong. Felt drunk all day long. Never again! I now empty half of the capsule, and take the other half before bedtime. Helps me get to sleep quicker and easier! I would have given it 5 stars, except for take 3 directions, which is way too much!

NOT BAD. BUT I FIND THAT IT WEARS OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. MIGHT TRY TAKING 2 AT A TIME.
