At the beginning it worked great but after one year it would only work if ...
I had these camera for 2 and 1/2 years. It says in their legal documents that it can work through wifi or 3G network. At the beginning it worked great but after one year it would only work if it was on a wifi network. After 2 years it would not even work on wifi networks. After calling Philips they told me that the cameras will not work any longer unless I'm at my own house and on my own wifi network. That's great but the only reason I bought these cameras was to check my house and kids when I'm not home. This is false advertising. I've contacted Philips and waiting for their response. If they do the right thing and refund my money I will remove the one start but if not, buyer beware. My attorney will also write them a nice letter.

Product did not work
Original order only one of the two units would work. Returned for replacement. Second order both units would not work. Returned for full refund. When the one unit worked it was great to view activity as needed. You do need wifi to access live feed on phone app.

Good camera
Very easy setup. OK video. OK audio. Price is reasonable. Slow to display on phone or pc but ok. I like the modularity enough that I bought a second two-pack. Overall a good product that does what it promises.

They are ok, but still lots of work to be done by Philips
Pro: It works as described. You are able to watch anytime the cameras from anywhere with your app, or webpage.Cons:1) Firmware update, it sucks, it bricked a camera, I am waiting for Philips to reply on my post, been waiting for 2 weeks already, i tried updating the firmware, my application crashed and now then camera wont load it, it stays in the yellow light forever.2) It only records 30 seconds if it detects movement, there is nothing you can change to make it longer.3) You need to pay 30 bucks per year to make it a pro account, therefor you can watch live for more than 5 minutes per session, to unlimited. I think that is something to be concern if you have kids and you want the camera on all the time.. like on an ipad!4) It takes forever to load the cameras!

I install covert cameras and cameras for commercial locations and I have tried many differentwireless cameras before. I have never had one that actually works as well as these cameras do!!The biggest problem is the you will ALWAYS get NOISE!!! lines on the screen it NEVER looks good enough touse to capture any useful information or and details!!!! These are the first wireless cameras that just work!!!!

Poor product !
Philips should be ashamed bring this product range to the market.... the iPhone software is slow, instable. But even worse the cameras are terrible. Out of the 5 ordered 2 came DOA (Dead on Arrival). And the other 3 stop working continiously. Contacting Philips give the only feedback that they do not provide service in the Dominican Republic.Lost a total of 800 dollars on this product including the shipment and taxes paid on it .... and just to return will cost me another 200 dollars .... Where the suppliers where i bought it simply shift their responsibilities to Philips.Main problem is that the cameras do loose their settings and a reset by unplugging and plugging in again is the only possible solution. Which is not so handy if you are abroad willing to monitor your place when not at home.
