Great value for a motorized screen. Be aware that it is somewhat slow to raise and lower. Very smooth operation. Easy to recommend. I've had this in use now for 2 1/2 years and love it. Works consistantly, no issues, great picture on it. Worth the extra cost compared to some really inexpensive products that are out there.

Pros: I received an elite screen box. Cons: The screen inside the box was a damaged, smaller, manual pull-down one with no brand name. How does that even happen? So much for my wife’s Mother’s Day present.

Screen came with damaged box and obviously had been opened before but that was in the description. Screen itself was in great shape except for bent hanging bracket, which I fixed easily. Works great! Fantastic Price! Very Pleased and will stick with Amazon for the Great service!

Screen looks nice, but when you try to lower it, it sticks and you have to tug on it to get it to drop. When retracting, the motor is not shutting off automaticly and you have to manually shut it down. Other than that is has a quiet operation.

I'd give it a 5 star if it was not for the small black gap on the top of the screen which is a bit annoying to see. Other than that it's a great screen for a a small home theater.

I found an old power supply in the garage, whose connector looked like a match for the 12v trigger's recepticle on my Optima HD20 projector & it worked...easy...So cool...to watch that Elite Spectrum 84V screen come down & go up automatically (after the cool down cycle)! The Elite Screen came with an electricle dongle (looks like an ethernet connector) to connect lamp cord, speaker wire, or cat5 cabled to your 12v trigger.

Incredibly disappointed as soon as we opened our package, as we selected to purchase a “brand new” item! On the contrary, the item was noticeably used, had several areas of marking’s of a dark color, especially the cord. In addition, the entire control system was missing; which was advertised to include: the remote control, power cycle, detachable switch, & the “Rj45 port. Nonetheless a complete fail of purchase. This seller definitely does not value their customer's. Save yourself from this dissatisfaction.

Clear as can be and absolutely perfect! We mounted ours on the ceiling so that it covers the fireplace mantel when it is lowered.
