The Green Body Cleanse by Edward Group, Kindle EditionI had gotten a sample of this book and it spoke great measures to me and so I ordered the kindle edition. There is a wealth of health information in this book.I keep going back to it and have desired to have a hard copy so today I ordered one! Reading books on your kindle is ok but I prefer a book as will highlight and refer back to time and time again.Edward Group has lots of information on the internet as well. I like his style of writing and how he shares things from a personal perspective.I will come back and update this after I receive my hardcover edition of this book.I have HOPE for good health in my future now!!!

I trust everything coming from Doctor Group. Love Global Healing Center suppléments and content in general.The Green Body Cleanse is no different. I have so many natural health books to go through I didn't apply all the advice in this one yet - however I did read part of the book and all the advice is top notch, especially if you use Oxypowder and other GHC supplements to supercharge your cleanse.If you want to look and feel clean, radiant and happy, look no further. The Green Body Cleanse is the book you need.

Dr. Group has a very unique way of making the often complicated and confusing concept of cleansing. You can find any number of cleansing programs--7 days, 10 days, 30 days, etc.--available on the market. Which one is right for me and having a process I can follow that makes sense is what was most important to me and I didn't feel comfortable with the concept or the process in volved until reading this book. As someone who distributes a certified 100% natural skin care line, I value a toxin free body. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to break through the clutter of information about cleansing, really take a step forward and take control of their health.

Well put together book and full of good information. Really wanted something to body cleanse with natural foods and not all of his products that he recommends in the end. I do like and follow Dr. Edward however if you want to take away the cleansing information be prepared to purchase.

Excellent book delivered on time and in perfect condition

Awesome book! Bought it second hand to have a hard copy and just love the straight forward information. Absolutely everyone wanting to lead a healthy lifestyle should read this book....will read and reread to absorb all the info. Colon cleansing now...plan on continuing with the toxic metals cleanse. So excited to find a doctor and a book that aligns with what I believe....you are what you eat and drink!

Interesting book but I do think it could have been better overall. I do think his previous body cleanse book was much better.

This book is very detailed comprehensive and clear. I love the very clear steps provided in the supplemental section. The illustrations are helpful as are the questionnaires.
