GLS Audio 50 feet Speaker Cable 16AWG Patch Cords 1/4-Inch to 1/4-Inch Professional Speaker Cables 16 Gauge Wire - Black

I'm quite surprised at how robust this cable is. Connectors look good (although I have not opened them up to check the soldering), the cable is thick and well protected in a flexible sheath. For the price I'm kind of surprised. Using this to run guitar cabs... 16AWG is more than sufficient for a 100watt amp.

I love this cable! The clarity is great, the TS plugs glide in and out nicely and the connections are really well. The cable is really flexible and a true 16 AWG copper wire. I felt bad cutting it in half it was so nice! A huge improvement to other cables I had. I bought this cable to make 2 25 foot cables with banana plugs on the other end. I simply cut it in half, tinned the wires and attached them to the desired plugs that I wanted. Eventually I am going to upgrade to Speakon or 1/4. I like how it came with 2 velcro straps. a little loose but they keep the 2 sections together. I am DEFINITELY getting more GLS cables!

The cables worked well and are holding up in both indoors and outdoor events. The connectors on the ends are much more reliable than those I purchased previously from other companies. The Velcro cable tie is handy. Bought the 16AWG because I'm using for portable PA system with smaller *" woofer 2-way speakers. For my bigger equipment, I prefer 12AWG cable which I also bought from GLS Audio and they are holding up nicely so far. This is important on longer runs. The 50 foot lengths offer greater flexibility than the 25 foot lengths when using in mobile applications.

Ordered one, that one buzzed, got a replacement, that one was good. So I ordered another, that one was worse than the first one that I swore the ground/signal was mixed between the ends. Took it apart, they were soldered together. So 2/3 were junk. I had to redo the ends of the third, good enough for practice, but too much feedback for live use. The cable is unshielded, so keep that in mind too. Buy quality cable.

Heavy duty cable, very sturdy connectors/plugs which allow for repairs if needed many years down the road. We're using this in our church to reach from the board to the speaker on the other side of the 50 foot pulpit. The sound is excellent. The cable also came with velcro wrap ties which come in handy as we have to unplug everything every Sunday due to fire codes. Keeps the cable very neat. Highly recommend this product
