Great way to add Atari flare to a 360 controller

Poor Quality
I get that you can't exactly bite Microsoft... i have a genuine Microsoft Xbox 360 controller.... so for starters the ABXY buttons barely fit they get jammed immediately so i took my trusty file and shaved the buttons on the side to make them fit... okay that's not bad let me try the LB/RB nope they get jammes against the shell so let me shave that down okay cool... nope the bottom plate is atrocious it has the worst gaps ive ever seen so i didn't even install it no use in filing that because the mold is so horrible... the D-Pad is my fault i have a newer one that twists and transitions higher so i couldn't use that which im fine with thats my mistake.... i will put it this way just like the other guys review if you simply dont have patience with filing them down for precise fitment don't even bother with these

Some parts great, some completely unusable
Two of the 4 abxy keys didn't fit. The bumpers didn't work, but the triggers did. The bottom rail sits with the bottoms out of place but fine enough, the top rail I couldn't even get to sit in place. Honestly it looks cool, but it's poorly specced.

Not a bad deal, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for
TLDR review: while the quality of these button sets are really quite poor, if you have realistic expectations and patience, it may be a worthwhile purchase, but be prepared to do extra work. For a full review, read below. Let me start off by saying that I quite like these cheap Xbox 360 button sets, even though I'm only giving them 2 stars. I like them enough that I may even buy another set in a different color in the future. Considering the price, it isn't too bad a deal, even if the overall quality is really quite poor. In my case, all I really needed was two sets of replacement analog sticks for two of my 360 controllers, since the rubbery tops of the old sticks had been worn off completely. On Etsy, only buying custom replacement analog sticks costs $10, so the fact that you can get the whole button set with analog sticks included here makes this a bargain. Sure, the quality of the sticks and buttons on a site like Etsy are amazing, but they're also much more expensive. Even if the buttons wouldn't fit correctly, at least I could probably count on the thumbsticks fitting just fine. I purchased two sets in both white and red, and sure enough, while everything mostly fit, as with most customers, a few buttons didn't fit. It seems to be quite random, but I would say, if you're planning on buying this, be prepared to have something that doesn't fit, like perhaps the d-pad, shoulder buttons, or some of the face buttons. In my case, for the white set, the B button was way too fat and thick and didn't fit at all. I had to spend about an hour just shaving down and filing the button down to the point where it finally fit into the button's hole. Moreover, the LB and RB buttons were a little a bit too stiff, so I also had to spend a bit of time filing some parts of the buttons down to make them feel responsive when pushed. Also, if you look at one of the posted pictures, one of the white thumbsticks had pretty deep scratches on the side of the stick. For the red set, the B button was once again a bit too thick so I had to shave it down, although it wasn't nearly as bad as the white set's B button. I included a picture to show how much I had to shave off to make it fit. While the B button wasn't too bad, the RB and LB buttons for the red set were simply terrible. The fit was so bad that the buttons were completely unclickable as soon as I put them in the controller. I just got tired of trying to make them fit, so I just decided to leave the original black colored LB and RB buttons on. Also, for the red set many of the buttons had really deep scratches on them. I included a picture of one of the trigger buttons to show how deep the scratches are. Moreover, one of the red thumbsticks had a rather deep hole cut into it. You can see it in one of the posted pictures. For whatever reason also, the red set does NOT include red colored Start and Back buttons. It's very strange... why include Start/Back buttons for the white set, but exclude them for the red one? At first I thought they had forgotten to include the buttons, but upon reexamining the product listing, I realized that the black and red colored sets exclude both buttons. I suppose I should have read the product listing more carefully. Fortunately I had an old, broken, red 360 controller, so I took the red Start and Back buttons from my red controller. Finally, while it doesn't seem to affect gameplay, the insides of the ABXY buttons look very different from the originals. You can see the difference in one of the posted pictures. At first, I was scared it would affect the buttons' responsiveness, but fortunately, after playing with both controllers for a few hours, it doesn't seem to have any effect. To conclude, depending on your expectations and level of patience, this may be a worthwhile buy. But if you decide to make the purchase, you better be prepared to do some extra work to make them fit. EDIT: In the initial review I neglected to mention that each set I ordered came with different sizes of screwdrivers. The white colored set came with a Torx T8 screwdriver, which is the size needed to open the 360 controller. The red colored set, however, for whatever reason, came with a larger Torx T10 screwdriver. The T10 is one of the sizes needed for opening up an Xbox 360 console. It's useless for opening the controller though. I actually needed a T10 so it was a lucky mistake. If you're unable to open your controller with the included screwdriver, you probably also got a T10 by mistake. I included two pictures comparing them. The slightly larger one on the right side is the T10.

Be careful
Cheaply made, some components didn’t even fit.

Cheaply made.
The joysticks and triggers are great replacement pieces but the face buttons, D-Pads, and bumper buttons are all basically trash. After replacing everything I found that these 3rd parties tend to poorly mold the plastic, which results in sticky buttons or ill-fitting parts. Buy at your own risk, or look elsewhere for customizing/restoring your 360 controllers!
