J’étais septique au début sur le goût et l’efficacité le fenugrec ayant un goût assez particulier le goût est équilibré et très agréable d’ailleurs bébé semble apprécier J’en prend deux à trois tasse par jour cela aide à rester hydrater quand comme moi on ne boit pas assez et cela m’a aider à augmenter ma lactation en combinaison avec de l’homéopathie et des stimulation plus plus J’en suis à ma troisième boîte la quatrième est en chemin
