what is the center to center distance between the bolt holes?

There are 3 holes each one 1.5 inches apart center to center. The two outside holes are 5/8 inches from the edge and the entire unit is 4.5 inches wide. Hope that helps.

It is the fork on your bikes front that fits on the block. Yes, I think it should fit. That said, I have only used it for my hybrid and road bikes. Makes an awesome bike rack in the back of my truck.
