To my fellow gut sensitive, absorption challenged, "my BMs are a mood ring" babes... this one's for you! This is one of the most studied single-strain probiotics out there, and she's got real science receipts! I don’t take it 365 days a year; I rotate in and out a few times a year, but when I do, she works. Let's just say, fully formed, no drama, morning glory. I never get bloated with this, and I don't experience weird transitions (and I am sensitive), just regularity and digestive integrity. I think my lining finally clocked into work when I pulse this throughtout the year. The price is still sane imo. Thankfully no gold-plated capsule BS going on here. Side note: this is a transient strain, meaning she doesn’t move in forever; she just shows up, patches your gut lining, cleans the mess, and ghostwrites a few chapters as your next digestive comeback begins to unfold. I take this product as a recommendation based on a diagnosis of Ehlers Danlos Disease. It is the first supplement recommended in order to improve the gut biome. Before I began taking this I experienced regular abdominal pain after eating and throughout my day. Since I began it, I've experience relief from the pain to the point where I've been able to expand some of my diet. I still avoid certain foods but if I decide to eat something more aggravating, I am not in as much pain as previously and it could be described as mild discomfort. This has helped me personally with noticeable improvement. I take it daily now and do my best not to miss it or run out.

Absolutely fantastic, I’ve been able to culture fruit and vegetables using it as a starter. Only two capsules are typically required for rhamonous fermented pickles, peppers, figs, etc. Extremely affordable for the large CFU count.

I always take these if I have indigestion. I don't know how much is a placebo effect, but I almost always feel better within an hour of taking it. I don't take them regularly every day because of the price. The pills are in blister packs, and it's easy to push the pill through. It's slightly smaller than "average" pill size and does not leave an aftertaste. The only negative for me is the price.

Terrific! I read somewhere that everyone should be on a probiotic so then I had to read up on which was the best one. From what I read this was it. So I bought it. I've been taking these for 6 months now. Wonderful! I've never tried any others so I do not feel I can do a fair comparison, but I can say I can definitely tell a difference when I do not take it for a few days. This price is so much better then I can get locally and it ships every month automatically so it's a WIN! I introduced my aunt to them, she has always had issues. She says she will NEVER go without them. She's seen many doctors who have tried lots of different meds that have not ever really fixed her stomach issues. This has fixed her!

This is great for keeping your gut healthy, not to mention it boosts your immune system. I have not been sick since taking them.
