There is no doubt that Magnesium L-threonate is the best form magnesium but it is bit costly than gluconate,but it is worth of buying. For better results need to take 4-5 capsules a day because elemental magnesium contain is only 144 mg and for adults more than 400 mg per day is required.

This is really expensive but magnesium threonate usually is. And it works. I feel calm, sleep well and feel more efficient. Can’t say for certain that it works on the brain but this magnesium supplement helps with that. I wish it was cheaper, it’s 2-3x of other mag forms. Reduced one star for that

Magtain is a must have for older adults

It works! Best when I take it, after a good night's sleep. For enhanced focus/concentration drink coffee after taking this, at least that is how it works for me. However, when sleep deprived taking this supplement gives the opposite effect and feel more sleepy.

Better for taking in the day

Purchased two and then repurchased. Assisted with all magnesium levels and happy with these.

Paid 43 euro/90 capsules and the product looks suspiciously low quality at first inspection. A lot of the content just spiled outside the capsule into the container.

It makes such a difference in memory and cognitive function.
