I am very pleased with this product for my home gym. Its easy to put together, durable, my gym bench does not leave any dents behind. Very impressed.

I shopped around for something to go under our hottub when I came across these. Oh my gosh had no idea just how superior quality they were compared to ones sold in Aldi/Lidl etc. these bad boys are like twice as thick as any others I’ve seen and do the job lovely. I’m now considering using the other half supplied to change my dining room into a home gym!

I have a foldable treadmill placed on the mat and it still retains it’s shape. Really feel like a gym worthy mat.

Ideal for martial arts or boxing training. Not suitable for weight training because the weights will leave permanent imprints on the mats.

I use these mats to insulate my boat, they are superb. They are easy to work with, stick very well with contact adhesive to the walls and ceiling of my boat and they make a massive difference for keeping the heat in. Highly recommended these 3/4" ones.

Great mat, little bit on the expensive side however, it is very nice quality and super easy to assembly. The thickness is perfect and really helps with impact motions. Would recommend!

Bought to make some foam armour for cosplay - cuts and sands really nicely; shapes well with a heat gun. 3/4" was probably a bit thick for armour. Would recommend for making props though

I’m using these in a dog pen & they’re doing a great job at protecting my flooring. My dog has scratched it a lot & it held up

I’ve been using the ProsourceFit Extra Thick Puzzle Exercise Mat in my home workout area and overall it’s been a good buy. The extra thickness makes a big difference compared to thinner mats it’s more comfortable on my knees and feet, and it definitely helps protect the floor underneath. The pieces were easy to put together and stayed in place for most workouts. I use it for stretching, bodyweight exercises, and light dumbbell work, and it feels stable for that. It also helps cut down on noise, which is a plus. That said, it’s not perfect. With heavier equipment or a lot of fast movement, the foam can compress a bit and the tiles can shift slightly. I wouldn’t rely on it alone for heavy lifting, but for general home workouts it does the job well.

Claims to be non-slip, it moves all over. The strips to align the edges already look like they will curl out easily. Foam is much softer than expected, does not appear as hard wearing as advertised.
