Second update: WOW! I used the 12” roll today and it is BEYOND amazing. They used this textured backing instead of regular paper backing and it keeps your backing from trying to curl! It makes transferring your vinyl to the backing SO much easier! And if you’re shipping decals, it keeps the decal from bending and curling in transit. Seriously, but this transfer tape. But make sure you get the larger roll (12 inch) instead of the 6 inch. The small roll is fine, but it doesn’t have the special backing paper. As you can see in the photos, the green lined transfer tape is from the 12” roll. The red lined transfer tape is the same brand but it’s the 6” roll. You can see the curling on the decals using the smaller tape. Even side by side on the roll, the larger one lays flat while the smaller one rolls up. Update: I have now been using this brand of transfer tape for several months and it’s still my favorite. I’m on my 4th roll and the quality is consistent every single time. I bought the 12” roll this week also, but I haven’t used it yet. It feels like REALLY good quality though, even better than the 6” rolls. The backing paper for the 12” roll is this almost like a waffle weave design. It doesn’t feel like regular paper backing. Whatever it is, it feels expensive lol. I will NEVER use a different brand of transfer tape again! This is hands down the best I’ve ever tried. It’s got that perfect balance of being sticky enough to pick up your vinyl, but not so sticky that it doesn’t want to release it. I always dreading having to transfer because odds were that I’d lose at least one letter every single time. I’ve used this transfer tape for 10 or 11 projects so far, and not one missing letter, or ripped vinyl, or ruined project. And there’s no residue! Idk if it matters what brand vinyl you’re using, but I’ve used this with Oracal 651 and 631, Cricut brand, Siser, and Expressions with no problem.

I’ve used multiple transfer tapes over the years for vinyl projects and this is one of my personal favorites. Pros: - Easy to align due to the high transparency and the align grid. - Does not lose adhesion over time (I had a roll sit for 4 years and it still worked well after all that time). - Works with long vinyl/projects since it comes in a roll. - Once it’s applied to vinyl, the corners will not peel up (I’ve experienced this with other brands). Cons: - There may be limitations with some larger projects due to the size of the tape (can be remedied by getting the 12” version). - If you’d like to sell your creations, the red grid across the design/product may be off-putting for customers. Overall, I’d recommend this as a budget friendly yet high quality option for crafters. It also comes safely packaged in a custom box which is always a nice touch.

I absolutely LOVE HTVRont Transfer Tape! Once I found them a few years ago I have never looked back! Their products are superior in every way. This transfer tape allows me to transfer my most intricate cuts of vinyl (also HTVRont) extremely easily. It doesn't peel paint, glitter or any other medium I may have used in my resin art or wood art or any other projects I may work on. I prefer the 6" roll vs the 12" roll because it is easier to maneuver. I can always cut it longer if I need it longer. The roll lasts forever because you can use the same piece over and over. You definitely get your money's worth with this brand! I seriously recommend this transfer tape over any others. The red grid also helps to measure and keep your patterns straight while applying them to your projects. There is nothing NOT to love about this transfer tape. Thank you for reading.

I purchased this transfer tape because I had run out of the silhouette transfer tape and I was not a big fan of that one. I have a much higher success rate with this transfer tape than the silhouette brand from a sticky perspective. The only thing that I have found this will not pick up is the circuit metal look vinyl (I tried it on rose gold). For that reason I would say this is a medium grip tape. My favorite thing about this tape is that it is both clear and has a paper backing. Being new to vinyl crafting, having the paper backing while also being able to see through the tape clearly is a huge help. The only thing I was surprised about with the product was how narrow the roll is. I know they clearly state it is 6" wide but in my flurry of reading reviews to pick a tape I totally glazed over that point and was pretty surprised when I opened it. If you are doing crafts bigger than 6" each way then that might be a deal breaker for you. Overall, you receive a ton of product for the price. It definitely beats paying top dollar for the tiny rolls of the name brand transfer tape.

the transfer tape itself is really good but this is a re-purchase and this time the backing is SO thin. It takes me a few minutes to even be able to pull it apart which is frustrating. It used to have a thicker backing which is why I re-purchases. I really wish they'd go back to that or I may have to switch to a different brand.

I have tried a few different brands and this is my favorite. What I love about it is the material its made of. Its like a thin plastic so its easy to lay down without all the bubbles and creases other types can get especially the paper type. And being semi ridged it also peels off the paper without rolling over on itself like thin masking can. I do wish it was a little tackier as small items sometimes take some work to get them to stick but I can deal with that for the trade off of ease of use. I would say if you are doing items from 2 to 6 inches, buy it! You will love how easy this stuff is to work with. If you are doing small detailed items you may want to get something tackier.

This transfer paper is the best I have ever used! I have tried the ones from Cricut, Silhouette, Oracal, and Kassa, but this one was by far the best! Trouble free lifting the vinyl from the backing sheet, and trouble free transfer to whatever I was putting it onto. I've used it with both removable and permanent vinyl, and it works great with both. Highly recommended for quality, ease of use and function.
