Charm so small it doesn’t attach to other charms
The slots that hook the charms together is so small and tight that you cannot actually attach this to Other charms

Problems connecting
This is more 3.5. It’s a mostly great item, but it had troubles connecting to the charm bracelet. It was a long battles to get this onto the bracelet and I almost gave up, but my husband was able to help me force it together. Now I just have to hope we never need to take it off and attach it elsewhere. It’s looks great though and is good quality and it seems maybe this was was just defective since the other one I ordered with it was perfect.

Odd shaped charm
The charm was very hard to hook to the other charms on my bracelet. The top plate is also way too big. Looks award. The design is cute but the quality is not great. Very dissatisfied. ☹️
