Fine choice for a entry level dual suspended bike. This bike is a bargain for $1000 or less!
I own this bike and I keep mine clean. I don't ride the hills as much as I used too when I was in my teens. But this bike is as solid and tough as any Trek dual suspension I ever owned. The only drawback in the shifter group I have to put up with. They are trigger type and I rather prefer the rapid fire I used to have when I had Diore DX on my Treks. Aside from that, this bike has 27.5" wheels. Finding road worthy tires has been a bit tough but not impossible. But this bike was designed for mountain and single track trails in fairness. I am very happy owning this bike and it is very fun to ride. I also own a 2014 Diamond Back Recoil. And these two bikes seem to use the same frame. But my Recoil has 26" wheels. Only difference aside from the wheels is the brakes. The Attroz has hydraulic brakes while the Recoil has cable actuated disc brakes. Both are reliable and safe on the trails and road.
