I always buy jacked factory products , as for there price but mostly their quality. I'm on the keto diet and have to drink lots of water and I usually end up loosing minerals that my body needs like potassium etc. This is great , firstly the flavour is quite nice not over sweet or chemical tasting. I've never suffered with headaches or things with being dehydrated as this keeps me hydrated all day so I dont feel I'll like quite a few people complsne on the keto diet . Theres no calories or sugars in si it's just perfect, it doesnt kick me out of ketosis. If your a athlete or work out this is perfect And the customer service is excellent, I think the best I've ever known. Great product , and great price

I like the product, it tastes good and is light and refreshing, however; I gave it 3 stars because it doesn’t list the nutritional facts. When I read the other peoples reviews, the reoccurring question is how many carbs and sugar is in the product. I think a few people have tried to address this issue by asking for feeding back. One person even said “coconut water contains natural sugar - why isn't the sugar or carb content provided on the label?” No answer from the company itself, just a person stating there are no carbs listed on the label. No offense, but this is not an answer. If anyone does their homework they will know any form of coconut will have carbs and natural sugar. This might not be a care factor for some people, I understand, but to the carb and sugar conscious nutritional facts are a must. If you buy this and are not expecting carbs, you will be sadly misled.

I have been suffering with dry mouth and dehydration for a long time even though I drink 72oz of water a day. This product has really helped after a few weeks use. It has no calories, the lemon flavor tastes great and it is perfect for intermittent fasting. The company has good communication confirming the zero calories. Update 4/5/2024 The label changed at least two purchases ago showing 5 calories a serving. I’m very disappointed and will now stop my subscription of this product. Update 7/25/2025 I since tried many other electrolyte products, this one tastes and performs the best, so I subscribed to it again. I’m over my disappointment of the 5 calories :)
