Excellent PS4 System. FYI the controller it comes with is not a real ps4 DualShock controller. My psvr camera did not detect the sensor in the controller. I could not play certain games due to the controller it came with. I had bought a ps4 controller from Sony and it worked just fine. Beware of the EAC logo on the back of the controller as it might not work for games that require psvr and controller tracking. Attached are the pictures of the controller I received and the controller I had to buy separately from Sony.

Excellent purchase, fast shipping. Bought this as refurbished and it looks new. Started right up, no problems setting up console, added my PSN account and was off and running. Works awesome, better than described. Will definitely be doing more business with seller. A+++

Hopefully your results will be better. The PS4 came with no padding on the top and no tape of the box. When I plugged it it it came up in Japanese language with an unknown button and an ok. I chose the unknown button thinking it would continue … but after that it did nothing . I packaged it better than I received it and sent it back … was not able to try the controller … it did have all the cables … but I could not get it to work. The picture is exactly what I received - as you can see there is space and no padding :(

Tengan más encuenta al comprar algo pues renewed , pero el estado que elegí era como nuevo , estabien que sea usado ,pero al recibirlo primero quise revisar su disco duro (almacenamiento) y de uso tenia 13,495 horas usada, entonses , y otra cosa, se que los play station 4 siempre funsionan pues normal y tarda un poco , pero ala hora de apagar lo o ponerlo en reposo , no se apaga como debe ser desvanesiendose la pantalla, lo que me iso es apagarse como si se fuera la energía eléctricao un aoagado forzado , la consola pues estabien , pero algo que no me convenció fue el disco duro que está muy usado , aun que lo revise pero no tiene errores graves

My Sony PS4 Pro arrived 2 days earlier than the projected delivery date. The condition of the game console is absolutely flawless! I almost couldn't believe it! It was as if I had purchased a brand spanking new item from a local brick and mortar store. The box it came in was in pristine condition. It was well packed and well protected with lots of packing paper and bubble pads. It was if the Gods of shipping, and gaming had smiled upon me! There were zero imperfections! Not a single scratch on it! No dents! No dings! Not even a fingerprint, or a smudge mark! The same goes for the controller. No scuffs, scratches, or any damage whatsoever! Not even that greasy residue from skin oils and Cheeto dust that you usually see on a used controller! The console runs like it's brand new! The power cord, HDMI cord, and USB controller charging cord all appear to be brand new, or at least rarely used. I couldn't ask for a better quality used item! I love it! I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! Y'all know what time it is? It's game time time baby!!

I have been wanting to upgrade from my PS3 (that's right, still using PS3) but I couldn't see paying the PS5 cost and having to replace all my favorite games (all the major sports) would be way too much for me. After many helpful Youtube videos and Amazon reviews, I settled on upgrading to the PS4 pro. This console itself is considered an upgrade from the PS4. I haven't swap out the old HD fora quieter/faster SSD or anything yet but it's still the best move I could have made. The quality of Amazon premium items is like store shelf new. I added the extra protection and feel I now have a device that will last me for years to come. If you enjoy playing video games and don't need to newest tech, give the PS4 pro (renewed) a try.

So far so good. I am returning to gaming after near 40 years. I wanted a powerful system, but not at NEW design prices. This model works well! I have had issues with the controller glitching in its connectivity to the device, but it can be resolved by resetting the device. I recommend this for anyone wanting to play online games.April, 2025: I have been playing anything from Fortnite, to monster Hunter Stories on this console, and have only had a few connectivity issues, one ofwhuch affected anyone with a PS. It gets really hot, but with an inexpensive fan stand, it doesn't shut down. Summer might be a different story with excessive heat and humidity. I will add more on this if anything changes.
