Delivery it.
I received it after delays to delivery were not kept.The machine made in the USA is great purchase works very well and I would definitely recommend.You can only hope the original commitment of delivery date is kept.

This machine suction is terrible.
This machine is terrible the suction is horrible I started using this machine July 2021 of this year.I was a head custodian of a school here in Waycross Georgia I have never seen a machine work this bad. It leaves excess water in carpet floors.Please I just want to exchange this Machine.

There's nothing I dislike... this machine is powerful, extremely easy to use, gets the job done... worth the money... thank you for creating a monster of an extractor!!

Don’t wait…this is a great buy
This is pretty amazing. Cleans really well. I’ve had a big green machine for years and this is 1000% better. It’s not as easy to use, the cleaning arm is heavy, but it’s worth the effort. Buy a separate upholstery arm…you’re going to want to clean everything when you see how well it works.

It's very easy too use and too clean out
I like the fact it holds12 gallons of water and it's suction power. I use for carpet cleaning I have my own cleaning business
