This flour works with everything and tastes good in everything that requires flour. It is also super cheap to buy a big bag of it.

No pokey paper flour packaging, or damp or torn or anything ever again. The FLOUR is now in a plastic manufactured bag!It makes life of flying flour dust a no more joy of clean up-It's the little things that make life such a joy. Thank you to whomever thought of this mess relief.

I started usin Gold Medal flour about 5-6 years ago exclusively. This came about due to the fact that a baker sold a certain apple cake and only used this brand. The cake is so delicious that my sister and I devised a way to get the recipe.I occasionally used Gold Medal along with other brands but this baker’s preference for this flour made me give more attention to follow her lead.I also love that it has recently been packaged in a zip bag. This is so convenient to store and to access the flour. I leave it in the bag. There’s really no needed reason to pour it into another container for storage as it will stay dry and can be sealed with the zip feature of the packaging bag.It is one of my favorite kitchen essentials. I use it almost daily for flouring chicken, steak, pork chops, making gravy, baking, etc.I recommend it to you as I really love everything about it.Lucindy G.

I like that the all purpose flour comes in a ziploc see through plastic bag. It also makes it easy to get the flour out of the bag no need to put it in a separate container. I can store it on the shelf with all the other dry goods. Thanks for taking the time to listen to your customers you now make cooking so much easier and quicker. I like to make gravy and fried chicken from your all purpose flour.
