A very nice, small glass 14 litre nano aquarium with great LED lights and a built in thermometer .... you can only fit in 3 small species of fish comfortably as it is only 12"×11" in size .... it operates quietly and is lightweight to carry about before it gets filled up with water

Given it a 4 star ,it's a nice tank great idea its all in one ,but instructions are not great doesn't tell you where the sponges go ,but I nice tank once set up

I got this tank for my young son for his birthday. The pet shop would only give me small fish due to the small size of the tank.After a week one of the fish got into the filter, we managed to get it out but had to stick tape over the holes in the box covering the filter. Then only 2 weeks later one of the fish had seam down the small gap between and filter and the edge of the tank, got stuck and died.Not fit for purpose due to the small size of the tank only being suitable for small fish.

Good size tank but pumps cheap and falls off for the price of tank

Easy all in one set up. Had to buy anti fungus fluid quickly as water clouded and we lost 1 fish. Another then developed fin rot quickly and also had to buy fluid for this - wasn’t quick enough to save that one, but all other fish now thriving. Both treatments under £5. Quick learning - need to be vigilant with water and fish health.After losing 2, we currently have 10 small fish / frogs (grow up to 7cm) with plenty of space.

U have to bye a heater pity it was not a bit bigger but still a nice tank

This arrived safely and looks to be well made. The glass is nice and clear and I tested it for any leaks overnight in the bath and it's all good. The instructions are rather basic, but it's not that difficult to put together. This is not the worst starter tank I have ever seen, but it does have limitations.The filter pump is housed in the area shown as being in the water. You can't add any extra media to this as the tube takes the water to the filter that is at the top of the tank. This is just simple sponge so these should be rinsed out in the drained aquarium water when doing water changes. The inlet for the water is quite large so I have glued some mesh over this to avoid anything getting in there. You will need to add your own heater which is easily done as the lid is removable and has enough of a gap to run the wiring through.The light is quite weak, I would say it's only going to be good for low light plants in the main. The colour changing is really a feature that anything inside won't care about. Similarly the aroma diffuser and USB port, completely unnecessary and I would not have anything involving essential oils near my tanks to be perfectly honest.I will be using this for shrimp and a few snails, I really wouldn't suggest this for much more than that given its size. My shrimp already have an air driven sponge filter that I will move into the filter housing to keep the cycle when I'm ready to switch them, and this is the reason I covered the filter inlet as well as I don't want them being sucked into the filter. They have a very low biological load as well so the simple sponge filter will be fine. I can't really think of any fish suitable for this size of tank.
