Update: They are still great lights but even using a good quality battery they dont hold up long, I use the 30minute auto off and not every night, still helpful but eats batteries. Has to be one of my top purchases on Amazon! I wasnt compensated for this review and thought wow other farm families or challenged choirs in the dark folks need to see these. Trying to find a solution for not having the expense of electrician or risk a goat chewing a cord I found these AAA battery operated lights. I am impressed on the amount of light they put out. These were specifically for my goats barn night feeding and wow I will buy another pack! Now the remote doesn't have a long range but in my opinion saved me 100s on having power ran and solved my problem. I am super happy with this purchase and highly recommend them.

I have order these lights in the past. Really handy, especially when you have young grand kids that like to goof with the lights ect. A good way to set a timer while they read and the lamps turn off after they fall asleep.

Those a nice looking light bulbs but they are not that bright, especially if you have some kind of dark corner o place. The box came with 4 bulbs but only 2 devices for on and off. Isn't it weird? Then box should come with 4 remote controls, if you want to put the bulbs in different places. The remote control do not have long reaching distance. Also the sticking tape is not strong, so you should use a stronger one or use screws to fix the bulbs. And, it says that detect movement, but no in my case. Did I do something wrong for this case? Although this seems to be a negative review, the bulbs are nice, looking good and produce a soft white light that I like it.

They are very bright, but the batteries charge out quickly. So be prepared to replace the batteries a lot if you use them a lot.

These are great for when we lose power during a storm. I might even try using them outside sometime this Summer.

we needed these bulbs for rooms in our home that that do not have electrical outlets or have fake outlets (yes, some homeowners will dup you). Put two in my foyer and made them funky lamps and two in a dowstairs bedroom in regular lamps so people don't stub toes or knock themselves out trying to find the lightswitch all the way across the room. (I put the adhesive holder on the back of the door so the lights can be turned on quickly.) Not as bright as regular bulbs but very impressed with these bulbs on the whole necessity of needing them. I would guess the brightness is equivilent to about 40 watts...maybe 50 watts if there is such a thing.

Some people will think this is funny but I needed lights above my kitty litter boxes. I had a cottage built for 7 rescue cats. It has electricity but the litter boxes are aligned along a wall. I have a light in the middle of the ceiling but my shadow blocks it when I clean the boxes. So when I searched for alternative lighting sources and found these that are battery operated, I thought I would give them a try. I had my husband mount the bulb holders with screws onto the wall above the boxes. So we did not use the adhesive to hold them up. They are so bright and work brilliantly for what I needed them for. My only issue was getting the cover on and off of the remote when installing the batteries in it. But it works great. Now I have plenty of light to see when cleaning out the litter boxes.

The light bulbs themselves are excellent but use better quality batteries than it comes with. One of them leaked after one weeks occasional use and now the battery holder is not functioning.

I do like them but was disappointed when only 3 worked with the remote. 1has to be turned on and off manually
