It works well to lose then maintain weight loss
I’m on maintenance now so I only take one in the morning with my multivitamin and my coffee. To lose weight you need at least 4 a day. At 68 yo that’s a little too much One in the morning gets me up out of the chair and moving around to get things done

Good for weight loss and control
I've been taking metabolife for over 20 years as an appetite surpressant . I anly take 1 a day after my morning coffee . It keeps me from eating all day long which is what I catch myself doing if I forget to take it . I believe it gives me the extra energy to keep busy on projects for about 6 - 8 hours especially if you get started about an hour after taking . I do not take in the afternoon or evening because it would keep me awake when trying 2 sleep . When I worked nights I took 1 tablet before going 2 work . Metabolife has change several times over the years , the original was the best . I have tried the extreme energy & it is also good but it does make me feel a little jittery unless I stay very busy all day long . I recomend metabolife to help you lose weight & keep it off . I am 64 & take it to keep from gaining the weight back & I believe it is why i still feel 30 & can out do my husband & adult kids as far as my energy level goes ..

Steer clear
Bought this at Target first and worked great. Bought this second bottle on Amazon and tried taking it three times and each time caused vomiting and diarrhea.
